Did you know? Mindful breathing practices like the 4-7-8 technique have numerous benefits for brain health and workplace wellness. They increase oxygen flow to the brain, improving cognitive function and decision-making abilities. Regular practice can also help manage stress levels, boost creativity, and enhance overall well-being.

Join us in this soothing journey through nature as we cultivate mindfulness and harness the power of breath. Take a moment to prioritize self-care and discover the profound impact of mindful breathing on your mental and emotional well-being. ✨

Last weekend I spoke about Mindfulness at Utegration’s company event. I am honored and grateful to bring this practice to others and show people just how valuable mindfulness can be in our lives.

Have you tried mindfulness meditation in a group? Turns out there a plenty of benefits to it that may peak your interest!

Practicing many things, including mindfulness meditation, in groups can re enforce our commitment to pracitce. Also having a sense that you are not in this alone can build a better sense of compassion within yourself and bring you closer to the belief that we are all one.

Tag a friend you would meditate with and give one of our meditations a try.

What an amazing group of people in this photo! This is from a recent @mastermindmeditate certification graduate meetup. I'm grateful to have a growing number of mindfulness leaders in the community and continue practicing with these inspiring humans!

Taking on what comes along with a smile of gratitude.

Spilled a drink on your shirt? What comes to mind? Anger, but to what? Or to who? To oneself? Why do we direct anger at ourselves when a little slip occurs?

What options do we now have? Change the shirt? Rushing around, or seeing maybe this as an opportunity to smile at ourselves and see this as a gift to embrace mindfulness, to reach out to our inner calm? Saying with a smile: “Oh hello there. Here you are, here we are”.

And wearing the spill not with shame, but with pride, that we can be with a spill. That indeed we can be with everything that comes along. That with mindfulness we have the energy to smile to ourselves in harmony. That we can stop the negative thinking pattern of who did what to who.

That we can step out of the logic of causality, of cause and effect. To step out of the shadow, to be light
