Sometimes you stay quiet and let things play out — not because you don’t see what’s happening, but because truth has a way of revealing itself. Lately, we’ve watched important conversations and real struggles get co-opted or used for personal gain. As a culture, we’ve tried to lead with empathy and sensitivity, even when things didn’t fully add up. But people are becoming more discerning, and accountability is catching up.

I trusted my instincts then, and I stand by them now. I was right about everything.

🎄 If 2025 was my last year alive, it’s been one helluva year.

💭 TLDR - Creative thoughts, awareness, and inspiration post

Creative inspiration is not something that is in our control.

The energy we feel when we are feeling creative was here before we were born, so the order of operations for creativity should be: An idea finds us, and we are the ones that have to tune in, making the idea our own.

As selfish as it seems, an artist’s goal is to steal your attention for a moment. If the moment resonates with you, congratulations, something is already in you that has been waiting to be sparked. You’re now inspired.

Creative inspiration is a never ending process, so I figured I personally get started sooner rather than later and share with whoever’s watching. If you’re reading this, it’s just a simple reminder to give your attention to that idea you’ve been putting off💡

Treintauno en Colombia 🇨🇴

This is my first birthday with both my parents gone.
My first year taking a solo trip to another country and living like a local(for 3+ months!).
My first year cycling 250 miles from New Jersey to Washington, D.C. to raise money for kids in Newark attending HBCUs.
My first year attending a robotics conference down in ATL.
My first time truly living on my own with my own apartment.
My first year reconnecting with some friends from post-college.

For the first time, I started truly taking control of my life and taking more risks. I began to enjoy going out more and having fun. Sure, there were plenty of bruises along the way—disappointments, heartbreaks, and the deep sadness that came with my father passing earlier this year. But as I started creating more ‘firsts,’ my life began to look a whole lot brighter.

Here’s to more firsts, more growth, and more memories that make life feel like an adventure. I’m grateful for every moment, every lesson, and everyone who’s been part of this journey so far. Here’s to whatever comes next.”
