Use the double tween to get the defender shifting, then sell the drive with the half spin to shake them off and create space. 🧠🏀

Once you create that separation, stay balanced and rise into the midrange pull-up. 🎯

Speed stop at the wing ➡️ pause into the float dribble ➡️ sell the rim with your eyes ➡️ throw the ball out into the midrange.

That pause gets the defender waiting. Your eyes make them commit. 🧠🏀

SELL RIGHT. ATTACK LEFT. CREATE SPACE. 🎯

Push cross ➡️ tween float to sell the drive right ➡️ hard push cross back left ➡️ stepback.

SELL RIGHT. ATTACK LEFT. 🎯

Push cross ➡️ tween float to get the defender leaning right, then hit the hard push cross back left into the midrange.

Your change of pace only matters if you can make the defender commit first. 🧠🏀

Guards 🚨🏀

Pace breaks defender one. The in-and-out spin breaks defender two.

Stop pause off the dribble-up, quick between downhill, in-and-out spin off the help.

Two reads, one possession. 🎒💪

A good In & Out Push Cross isn’t about looking flashy—it’s about creating an advantage 👀🏀

Shift the defender, attack the gap, and get to two feet. From there, make the right read and finish what’s available 🔥✅

The head fake is what creates the advantage… not the finish 🔥

The inverted tween gets the defender moving, the head fake freezes the help, and the in & out into the pro hop creates the angle for an easy finish on the right 🏀✅

The best scorers don’t create space with speed… they create it with timing 🔥🏀

Use the tween back to slow the defender down, the hesitation to freeze them, and the tween cross to create separation before stepping back into the shot ✅

Once the defender commits to the first move, the reverse tween creates the advantage 🔥🏀

Double tween into the reverse tween forces the defender to recover… attack the rim before the help rotates ✅

Once the defender commits to the first side, the finish becomes easier to read 🔥🏀

Cross jab into the low pickup creates the deception… inside hand finish on the left takes away the shot blocker ✅
