DECIDE HOW GOOD YOU WANT TO BE.

Your potential is determined by more than talent. It’s determined by the standards you set for yourself and the work you’re willing to put in.

Your discipline. Your commitment. Your consistency. Your willingness to do what others won’t.

Set your standards high. Put in the work. Earn your results.

That’s the Team Fitz mindset.

Big thank you to The LouRuns for having me again. This makes year 3! I’ve enjoyed every moment of coaching, mentoring, and helping these young athletes understand that nothing is given, everything is earned !

Always great connecting with my coaching brothers who share the same passion for developing players. We all understand the sacrifices that come with coaching & I salute everyone who go out of their way to make a difference in these kids lives.

Great job to everyone that participated & a special shoutout to Team Stix. Proud of you all, Keep working and believing and working to reach the next level.
P.S…. This year made me a 2x champ but who’s keeping track🤣 #LouRuns

Day in, day out Team Fitz athletes get stronger.

Not by accident. Not overnight.

Through consistent effort, hard work, and a commitment to getting better every time they train. 💪🏼

Have a vision. Chase it relentlessly.

A clear vision gives your work purpose, your effort direction, and your sacrifices meaning.

Know what you want. See where you’re going. Then earn it—one day at a time.

Champion athletes understand that success is built through repeated daily effort—whether they feel like it or not.

They hold themselves to a higher standard and consistently do the work others aren’t willing to do.

That’s what separates champions from the competition. They are committed to being different, period. #teamfitz #trainwithfitz

Long-term commitment is what separates athletes who truly develop their mind, body, and game to their full potential.

Talent can create opportunities, but consistent work over months and years is what turns potential into performance.

That’s why Fitz athletes who commit to long-term development consistently outperform their competition. They understand that becoming their best isn’t built in weeks—it’s built through years of purposeful training, discipline, and consistent effort.

Commit to the process. Focus on your long term development to become your best. #teamfitz #trainwithfitz

Commitment is the difference.

Everyone wants results, but not everyone is willing to stay committed to the process long enough to achieve them.

Real progress comes from showing up consistently, putting in the work day after day, and continuing to push forward even when motivation fades.

The athletes who separate themselves aren’t always the most talented.

They’re the ones willing to stay disciplined, trust the process, and keep working when things get hard.

That’s what commitment looks like.
