If there is flame still burning inside of you, work hard at never letting the circumstances of your life nor the conditions of this world blow it out… 🔥

“Hard work, Dedication”… These were the word I stood by and represented through my life & fitness journey. I know from experience what it’s like being on the other side of the fence of “Healthy” as I’ve stood 48LBs overweight as a child young adult. Growing up I never had the drive to play some of the sports my peers use to enjoy and be SOOOO good at. I didn’t feel “attractive”, and most importantly my health felt as if it was declining as my sluggish movement and lack of motivation discouraged me all while being asthmatic which made things even more difficult.

Although, being so disappointed and discouraged, this had put a flame in my heart and mind to do better and transform myself to the person I know I’m meant to be. Through the knowledge of my diploma of personal training fundamentals & kinesiology, trial and error, working with multiple personal trainers/training clients, I was able to obtain the position of Personal Traning Director and built and managed multiple training staff throughout 3 years of my career with one of the biggest fitness facilities to date. I’m blessed to say I have grown into the fitness professional I am all while maintaining my career in the entertainment industry, and proud to introduce Vision 1 Private Training!

Through the work of my Trainers and I, We inspire to not only educate, but to drive and bring out the best version of anyone who steps foot into V1. The meaning of Vision 1 is to always stay on the path of your #1 Vision, whether it’s a dream, goal, career, or lifestyle. Understand in here.. there is no Plan B ❌ That VISION you have WILL be achieved at all cost and it starts with sharpening yourself physically & mentally fortifying you for what’s to come.
