Little Alma is finally on her way, and we can’t wait!!☺️

She’s been around both of us in the ether for years now, way before we met each other. A little soul waiting for the right time to come to the earth plane with us. Have us be her mummy and daddy 💜

We are both so excited to meet her end of the year and have magical human adventures together as a family☺️❤️

Thank you everyone who already knew, for all the support, gathering around us as a beautiful village. A loving village that will soon became Alma’s too.

Taking a moment to literally pat myself on the back for stepping into the work I’ve been wanting to do for years. My own podcast.

No more holding back or letting fear get in my head. I’m taking one imperfect step in front of the other and figuring it out as I go. It’s taken a lot of healing and mindset shifts to get here and I’m so grateful for that inner work because I leave every episode feeling elated and so proud of myself.

I’m learning so much from this podcast and speaking with different people each week with topics that range from deep to vulnerable to funny to relatable is helping me grow in so many ways.
