🙋🏾‍♂️Raise your hand if you’re grateful for the brotherhood God & martial arts have blessed you with.

We came from different places, different schools, different styles and ended up brothers. That’s just what martial arts does. 💯🥋 The right people always find their way to you. 🫱🏾‍🫲🏿

Not all are pictured but all are appreciated 💯🤲🏿

It’s a good time to be someone who loves (to) rap.

& it was an especially good week to be in NYC!! Last time I was at @sobsnyc I was onstage rapping a @xchrispatrick verse, so it seemed only right to pull up on his & @itsmarcoplus stop there on the PRAY 4 THA UNDERWORLD TOUR! Great to see the homie @reedpake & witness such a legendary night—got to meet so many dope artists I’m a fan of, & become a fan of a few more! & on top of that, we got the new @marloncraft album this week?? Mannn, if anyone tells you Hip Hop is dead or dying they either not paying attention or got an agenda to push.

(also, if you tryna hear a recap of all this, ooh boy do we have a @_hiphoppitstop show for y’all tonight…)

Grateful, humbled, and honored to spend time at my good brother’s school, Shakil’s Warriors (@shakilwarriors) sharing knowledge, training hard, and inspiring the next generation of martial artists 🥋🔥 This seminar was a small part of an amazing weekend dedicated to discipline, focus, teamwork, growth, and passing on lessons that will carry these students far beyond the mat. These students showed incredible effort, focus, and energy; pushing themselves and truly representing what martial arts & the spirit of Shakil Warriors is all about!

I’m blessed to have the opportunity to teach, to give back, and to see the fire in the eyes of those who represent the future of our art. Every drill, every round, and every conversation was a chance to build confidence, resilience, and excellence.

A huge thank you to @centurymartialarts and @teampaulmitchellkarate for giving me a platform and opportunity to make an impact. I love this journey, I love teaching, and I love helping shape tomorrow’s champions. 💪🏾❤️

Here’s to growth, gratitude, and keeping the martial spirit alive for generations to come 🙏✨ #MartialArts #WarriorsWeekend #ShakilsWarriors #CenturyMartialArts #CenturyMA
