I never got the chance to send off the summer since it ended a couple of days ago.

Summer of 2026 will be remembered as hands down the best summer of my entire life.
The friendships and relationships I was able to build over the last few months, I hope will carry for a lifetime.
I set real goals for myself and locked into a different mindset I didn’t know I could reach to accomplish those goals, and genuinely, some of the people in these photos either helped encourage me, inspire me, or help create an opportunity with me. I’m forever grateful for every single person here and even some not pictured.

Going forward this is the summer I’ll always look back on for inspiration going forward. No matter what I do in the future, I want to always hold on to these photos, and remember the things that lit the fire in my soul to do music. To network, to gain, and nourish meaningful relationships. To be the best person and dj I can be to make others smile in any room I perform in. That means the world to me. 2 people or 2,000. It doesn’t matter.

As fun as this summer was, it also was the most challenging. Navigating a new schedule, learning more about contract structure. Hell, signing my first contract myself this year! It was all a rush that I don’t think me from last year understood. So I’m so thankful for the support system I had, and have still around me to keep me sane!
I’m so ready for the next challenge and the next set of goals to be knocked out. Summer 2027 is already looking bright as some plans are already in the bucket but I just want to give a final THANK YOU, to anyone who ever supported me through this past one.

Even in the rain, Cleveland showed UP for Enjoy Your Afro Cleveland!

We danced, we celebrated, we laughed, and we reminded everyone that our hair is family, memory, and pure beauty.

They might try to control a word, but they cannot control the heart of this movement. Look at these faces. Look at this energy. This is what ownership looks like. This is what history looks like.

A huge congratulations to our beautiful 2026 winner, Greyson from Bedford Hts.! 👑✨ The future of Afro hair science and culture is bright, protected, and completely unapologetic.

The name changed. The community did not. We are just getting started. 💚🖤❤️
