Still beaming from last week’s launch party to celebrate the birth of my new book, Honey & Fire🍯🔥

I always say it takes a village. Behind every big accomplishment there are a million acts of support — in the seen and unseen realms — that contributed to the becoming of such accomplishment.

One of my greatest gifts in life is having @iamfridabrooks as my soul sister in this human experience. It’s something really remarkable and wondrous when you can meet someone and instantly know they are going to be in your life forever and all lifetimes beyond should we get so lucky to come back again. And again. If you want to really witness unconditional love and magic - have a friend like this. Thank you my dear sister for being there in the quiet in the storm and everything between and beyond. Happy new year of life, I love you beyond words and am so excited for all yet to come. Thank you for not only being family but being such a stand for the world, devoting yourself to your own healing and expansion and offering the same to your community and beyond. For being willing to try new things, take a leap with no net, create a lifestyle that works for you regardless of the opinions of others while doing all through love and light. You are a example of the universe being so magical and expansive, pure light bright and true, and also strong feminine, healthy, patient, intelligent, loving, outspoken in a gentle way and fiercely loyal. I’m honored you’re in my life and forever grateful.

Growing up, the idea of premiering at the Chinese theater in Hollywood was my ultimate dream. Watching limos pull up and spill out stars was the epitome of success, something I aligned my desire and devotion to attune to. That night was everything I imagined it would be and more – the press, the fans, colleagues coming together... it was beyond special. I don’t have the words yet. I'm still that 12-year-old kid playing #MortalKombat on my old TV my grandma gave me, and now, I'm part of this universe. I'm grateful to the creators @noobde - producers @todd_garner and @creepypuppet - our director @simquoid - the incredible @jerslater the studios @newlinecinema and @warnerbros and my team @kevinparkerla @konadogg and @seangrumman and of course all of the fans that showed up and supported the franchise, not just that night but for the last 5 years! Grateful doesn’t begin to describe it.

The rebirth of a new timeline.

The Divine Feminine rise to uplift our Divine Masculine.
Not as equals but as a reminder that we need of each other. Creation is a Co-Creation of both the feminine & masculine it is the sacred channel for birth. Both are especially important for the key of life. Realistically one cannot do without the other. We can say, think our own perspective however, this is the Divine Channel of all the living… It starts with us honoring the presence of this miracle. The miracle of BEING the miracle itself✨

We are all part of this sacred dance of CREATION🌹

Today I want to honor our sacred sister👑 @vylana for the glorious celebration of her baby blessing in Austin, Texas a few weeks past. We came together as family to honor precious baby in her womb🌺

Sister Vy Vy may this new beginning… new cycle overflow with flowers all around you & baby as you both continue to BLOOM with health, joy, presence and love! I was born in spring, on march 30th, 1985, aries blood and bones. Celebrating the arrival of this new year, remembering the memories of the one that has passed! Seeds that flourish! Thank you to all the beings, visible and invisible, who accompanied me. In a world that often frightens us, there's nothing left to do but focus on creation, loving our people, and walking in our little daily rituals that make us more human.

Last week I hosted a death themed dinner party with my beautiful friend @alliemichellel.

Our intention was to gather people around a different type of death conversation. One holding our mortality in a different light, and holding it more lightly. To build a better relationship with the terminal disease we all share in common. Dare we say…make death a friend.

Sounds morbid and out of touch even, but the reality is so often in western society, death is viewed as a failure. It’s heartbreakingly painful, but as my friend @sylviasolit told me, death medicine = depth medicine.

When my dad passed away, the natural inclination questions all emerge…how could we have prevented it?

Perhaps if we bring our relationship with death closer by choice, versus waiting until it’s thrust upon us, we can drink from it’s wisdom while we’re still living.

We gathered 12 epic friends and shared our deathbed visions, current relationships with mortality, what we think happens when we die, and how we’d live differently if it was at our doorstep.

We shared names of those we love who have transitioned, and crafted way more inspiring memorial experiences than the current template of the western funeral.

The unsurprising theme that emerged was: loving presence, as much as humanly possible. **Forgive sooner. Appreciate what’s already here.**

I kept some pieces of this to myself but here is a little pre-activated winter altar starter sneak peek (a WIP, of course, as it will change and bloom more every day)

This year in my annual devotional practice I will be communing with the spirit of pine under the glorious guidance of @gwairoch 💚 along with @larajday 13 Sacred Nights Oracle. 🤩 Also, the divination board at the center was created by my beloved @iamfridabrooks 🙏

I look forward to these holy days of integration and visioning so much… Truly the most wonderful time of the year!

I am finally remembering that the hardest year of your life can also turn out to be the greatest… it just takes time for reflection 💛

Recap from this summer’s vision quest road trip across the country with my bestie @iamfridabrooks featuring a perfect soundtrack with the new single from @grahamdern (born at the same time as this trip!)

90 seconds hardly does any of it justice… So many days of driving, camping, and my first time sleeping outside in the wild with no shelter by myself. It was challenging, confronting, hilarious, soulful, illuminating… just like this whole crazy year, which has humbled me into the most intense process of rediscovering myself: healing, releasing, and rebuilding from inside out.

I am finally coming back to life with Autumn, and I have *finally* been writing down the stories of this wild season of initiation into an older, wiser, truer woman.
