So I recently got a lil traction with doing the “clouds on the ceiling “ thing. Think I might do a couple coming up. Need y’all to understand I work 2 jobs so be patient if you reach out to me. Price will be different depending on room/area size. Take into consideration that I have to buy the stuff to put up too. Inbox me if you interested

I’m not even gonna lie.. I’ve been trying to reel y’all in all summer, all so y’all can pay attention to this album right here.

This album has been done for a little over a year and it was originally supposed to be my last album ever so I tried to speak on my perspective as a young black man in America, through music, the system, the streets everything really and it was supposed to transition me into my next chapter in life.

Obviously some of that has changed. Music is my God-given and I believe in some facet I’m supposed to use it to have some affect on the people around me.

In saying that, though, most of y’all might not know this but I’m an avid reader. Throughout my most recent incarceration I’ve read upwards of 3,000 books, the most memorable explaining the Black consciousness, or rather the attack on the Black consciousness as it exists in America, and our ability to stay resilient inside this construct. Not to get too deep because the music isn’t supposed to be a sermon but it is influenced by this mindset.

As I shift towards this rollout, content will be more personal but this post just highlights some of the influences that helped shape the origins of this body of work.

If you read all that, I appreciate you. I assure you, no AI was used in the writing of this caption🤞🏾💯❤️‍🔥

Just one of the many ways we’re building strength, discipline, and community at the curb. 💪🏾🔥

After putting in work with Burpees 4 Breakfast, @missbehave_ keeps the momentum going by helping folks stay accountable on the rope and pushing them to the next level of their wellness journey.

Whether you’re just getting started or looking to sharpen your fitness routine, there’s a place for you here. We believe wellness is better when it’s done together, and every day is another opportunity to show up for yourself and your community.

Tap in with us, family. The curb is more than a workout—it’s a movement. 🙌🏾🫶🏾
