POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Haven’t posted on here in a bit so I figured I would post for those I haven’t kept in touch with and for my new friends, welcome to my main account! Yes, I post long captions.
Life’s been pretty great if I do say so myself. College’s been…reflective. I’ve gotten the chance to look back on who I was, who I am, and more importantly, who I could be. I’m not gonna get too much into it, but I’m going to try and make some improvements. And I’m glad I have someone that put it in perspective.
Anyways, living on your own isn’t as scary or hard as you may think. To be fair, I’m not REALLY on my own, but you get the idea. Buying and carrying groceries up three flights of stairs may be a bit of a pain, but I manage. Theater has by far been my favorite part of college so far. I’ve already met so many cool people and got cast in a couple shows. One of which I’m so excited to start soon! I can’t wait to get to know you all better and work with you guys more!
But that’s not to say I don’t miss all the people back at home. After all, there’s no place like it. I wish I could still hear all the buzz going on there, but that’s not where I am anymore. Nevertheless, I’m still cheering you on, and will always be in your corner.
Forgot to mention I have a pretty cool roommate. Watches too many movies though.
To wrap this up, I wanted to say that I’ve enjoyed these last couple months, and I’m looking forward to what the rest of freshman year has in store!

P.S. Happy 20 years of Taylor Swift!

And that’s a wrap. Senior year was quite the experience to end my high school experience on. I grew closer with so many people, and made incredible memories. I can’t say that it’s been the smoothest ride, but I’m grateful for the highs and the lows, as I’ve grown from both.
I also wanted to look back on not just senior year, but everything before that. I remember when I was a wee freshman, not knowing anything. Probably the shyest person you knew. But boy has that changed. I feel like I really have come into my own as time went on. I’ve learned and I’ve lost.
The thing is though, despite all that, deep down, I’m still that nervous little boy. Truth is, I don’t think that’ll ever change. I’ll still be scared to speak up, I’ll still be a big overthinker, but I’ll continue to grow. Even if I’m scared, I’ll do it anyway. Even if I overthink, I’ll live in the moment. As a wise songwriter once said, “in a storm in my best dress, fearless.”
As one door closes, another one opens, and as I walk into this next chapter of life, that’s what I need to do. Be unafraid. But every now and then, I’ll look back fondly and reread this manuscript, filled with incredible stories and people that I’ll be forever grateful for, but this journey is finally over.
