Definitely did not imagine this was the way my high school career was going to end. I truly believe I had more in me, but unfortunately God said it’s not my time. Not yet.

Over the last 4 years, I realized track and field isn’t just a part of my life it is my life. The opportunities I’ve been given and the people I’ve met have truly been a blessing. There’s nothing I would’ve changed.

I want to thank my coaches, friends, and family for their endless support throughout my high school career. I truly wouldn’t be anywhere without those people in my life, so thank you. It’s truly been an honor representing Battlefield High School for the last 4 years. There’s no other community like it.

But this is not the end just the start of a new beginning at a new home with new opportunities 💙👀

Last young life camp.. and my heart is so full. I’m forever changed by this ministry and the way God has moved through it in my life. I’ve gained not just memories, but a family — 6 incredible leaders who are brothers and sisters, and a 2nd father. Thank you, Young Life, for the love, laughter, and constant reminder of God’s goodness. I’ll carry this with me forever 🤍
