✨ Last day of January, Is it too late to post a carousel of new year intentions and inspirations? My 2024 day planner just arrived today so I’m going to roll with it, k?

My hope for us all this year is that we continue (or start) our journey of connecting deeply with ourselves and stepping into our power, extending compassion outwardly and inwardly, loving others really really well, pursuing growth and wellness in a way that feels nourishing, expanding our intuition, and looking for the light.

✨The journey is soul rich, knowing that I have everything I could ever need already, and figured my self out few years shy of 30 will always be one of my greatest accomplishments.

Child me is in absolute awe of what I created for her, the safety-ness she feels, the love, the connection to Mother Earth and her beings, her faith restored in humanity & Source. Her questiones have been answered, the light has been shown. And with the such gratitude for the lessons & pains that got me here. I would take none of it back, and for all the future lessons to be felt and gone through in my evolution.

Stepping into motherhood in a few years is going to be what this work was truly for, I have and will continue to dedicate my life to the children, animals, and plants of this beautiful planet.

Race Weekend 🏃🏻‍♀️💪🏻❤️

I’ve gone from being absolutely terrified about racing in my home city, in view of so many familiar faces, to now being excited (ish 😬😂)

The pressure of wanting to do well, wanting it to be the best experience & wanting to enjoy a race without injury was making the MCR stage feel like a formidable prospect.

I still want to do my best & enjoy the experience and I’m now in a much better headspace to get there. The absence of injury was perhaps too optimistic but 2/3 is a good start 😂

This change in my mindset is largely ode to others.

The first obviously being @commando_charlie who continues to be the the best coach, friend and an endless source of strength & motivation 🙏🏻 #hero

And the second being everyone else I know racing this weekend. For in watching them train so hard, overcome challenges, champion others and generally keep proudly showing up with determination, I have found immense joy and endless inspiration - looking to others isn’t always about comparison 💫

For me, there is nothing more fulfilling than seeing others succeed, especially the real ones who deserve all the rewards for the effort & energy they expend #tagged 🫶🏻

In connecting with others, I’ve managed to connect a little more with myself & find some peace - profound for a stubbornly independent & introspective introvert 🫠🤦🏻‍♀️😆

Love is crazy.

Woke up on Sunday morning wanting to see her so I booked a last minute flight to LA ✈️

Many of you know me from the single content I shared. I have been single for three years, spent one of those years healing and learning more about relationships and sex, the rest dating and attempting to find “my person”.

I even went on a dating TV show…which was very interesting, let’s leave it to that 😅

Last year after attending an event on relationships they made us do an exercise where we had to write a letter to our future partner. It was a very powerful exercise, I wrote down everything. Her values, what she looked like, how she spoke, how I felt around her, our ideal day. It was powerful because it inspired me even more to become the person I wanted to attract.

A few months later, I met Georgia.

I manifested her! Manifesting is all about becoming clear with what you want. It’s about letting go of what’s not serving you and lastly becoming the person you need to be to have it.

How do you know when you’ve found your person?
Their presence makes you feel safe and calm, like you are home whenever you’re with them. They are without a doubt the most special person you’ve had the privilege to love—no distance, time, or person could come between the bond you share. Their kindness, softness, sincerity, and unconditional love makes you feel like a better person, because life is simply better with them in it.

My experience of love is that it’s crazy, deep, unpredictable, spontaneous (like this trip I took to see her in LA) and always SO worth it.
