Pastor Ashanti Lancaster is a transformational speaker, certified life coach, and author. Empowering women to walk boldly in who God has called them to be! She is intentional about helping people heal and grow into their purpose.

Tomorrow is more than a Pastoral anniversary. Tomorrow you’ll gather to celebrate a Friend, Family member, Community leader, Coach, Mentor, a willing Vessel. Together, they have spent the last 8 years building more than a church.. they’ve been cultivating faith, disciples, and community.

This summer, 314 Church is launching the second MENtality: a men’s cohort created for growth, accountability, honest conversation, leadership, healing, and brotherhood.

This cohort is for the men:
• searching for deeper purpose
• navigating pressure and responsibility
• wanting stronger community
• looking to grow mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and personally
• ready to become more intentional in everyday life

Over the course of this expirence, participants will engage in meaningful conversations, hear real stories, build genuine relationships, and most importantly, challenge one another toward growth.

Whether you’ve been part of our church’s community for years or are looking for a place to start, this cohort was created to meet you where you are.

The Men’s Cohort begins August 13th, 2026.
