Happy Heavenly 61st Earthstrong Birthday to Lt. Stitchie! Cleveland Laing (29 September 1965 – 28 September 2026), better known as Lieutenant Stitchie, was a Jamaican deejay who originally worked in the dancehall style but switched to gospel reggae in 1997 after surviving a car crash, thereafter working under the shorter name Stitchie. 🎂🎉🎊🎁🎤🎵🎶🙏🏾🕊️🇯🇲🔥 #LieutenantStitchie #ClevelandLaing #WearYuhSize

It was early 2016, and I sensed the Lord telling me to resign from my job … it didn’t make any sense and I was confused and so afraid. Then this song kept coming to my spirit—SOLD OUT by Pastor @iamjuniortucker. I heard the song before, but in that season, and now 10 years later, it has become my life’s anthem and my daily prayer!!

In 2017, when I left my job in obedience, I decided to visit his church because the song had impacted me so much. Pastor Trudy Tucker, his wife, eventually became a confidant. I wouldn’t talk much to Pastor because he felt like a celebrity to me, plus I was just in a strange season (honestly, I didn’t have much to say). Until December 2018, when my sister Nioka died and Pastor Junior called me into his office to talk to me. He shared the story about losing his daughter and started crying… he ministered to my soul that day.

I wasn’t a member of his church. I would visit mostly when I was just having those seasons when I needed to hide away. And I hid there for years.

Pastor Tucker has given me some of the most profound prophetic words (very accurate and timely).

I eventually felt led in 2022, like God was saying that should be my home church, and now, in 2026, my new name is Tucker (smh… God has a sense of humor).

On his 60th birthday, I want to publicly say thank you soooo much, Pastor Junior. You wouldn’t understand how much you’ve impacted my life … from your testimony from afar through a song to being my shepherd. I love you so much, and I’m grateful for your life, your obedience, your resilience, your encouragement and for YOU!!!
