That wind last night 😮‍💨 we hope everyone stayed safe and if you joined us for church today, remember to “let the Bible read you”! Let it expose the depths of your soul as Jesus transforms and molds you through His word.

Catch week 6 of In His Steps on YouTube or The Harbor app.

On Saturday, July 19th 2025, my brother/best friend Justin invited Mariah and me to a small group Bible study. At first, I told him no. But after the first week, we decided to give it a try, looking for the community we had not yet found. From there, we grew so much closer to the other couples in the group and enjoyed all the studies and things we were learning.

At the same time, we started going to church regularly because we wanted to give Dakota an opportunity to hang out with more kids since he doesn’t go to daycare.

After attending regularly, I started to pray for clarity and answers to help me believe. And God answered in more ways than one. On November 16th 2025, Pastor Ryan started a short but powerful series that truly moved my heart and my wife’s. During that series is when I began to believe in Jesus and the Bible.

By continuing regular services and our small group, I felt ready to open my heart to Jesus, to save me and wash me from my sins. On December 21st, 2025, I was quiet about it, but I told the people I loved who had been on this journey with me.

So after some prayer, I decided I did not want to wait to get baptized. I took the nearest opportunity and got baptized today on Super Bowl Sunday, February 8th, 2026. I have just felt so loved and blessed to do it with the people around me and to celebrate together

This is a full-blown, four-alarm holiday emergency here. We’re gonna press on, and we’re gonna have the hap, hap, happiest Christmas since Bing Crosby tap-danced with Danny Kaye.

The Harbor Staff Vision Day was awesome! We spent the day talking about the wonderful things we pray 2026 will bring, and our prayers for God to work through us and The Harbor in mighty ways. Lord, we are amazed by You! Let it all be for Your glory!
