POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Some moments just hit different… this is one of them. 💫

I’m so proud to be partnering with Kena J of NuSolutions Services to bring her first book to life: “Level Up Career Journal”. Watching this vision come together has been nothing short of inspiring, and I truly believe this is just the beginning of so many great things ahead.

It makes this journey even more special knowing that SpikeKii had the opportunity to illustrate our first book and the most meaningful part? This isn’t just business, this is family. It has always been an honor to be your daughter, but it’s an even greater privilege to now be your partner in business. 🤍

Here’s to legacy, growth, and leveling up in every way. 🚀 Get your copy on Amazon today!!

What does leadership look like when solving problems?

It looks like pausing to gather the facts, asking better, deeper questions, and choosing to act with intention, not reaction.

The Think. Solve. Lead. training reminded us that strong leadership is rooted in clarity, compassion, and thoughtful decision-making.

A huge thank you to Aja McNeill for pouring into our Fall Cohort. With over 15 years of experience in HR, recruiting, and workplace investigations, she brought wisdom, real-world examples, and a powerful reminder that policy should guide and support our staff, not penalize them.

This session was inspiring, practical, and exactly what we needed as our administrative team continue growing as professionals and future leaders.

Here’s to reframing our mindset, strengthening our workplace culture, and leading with intention.

✨ Shining a Light on Our Admin Stars ✨

At P&G, we know the mental health field isn’t powered by clinicians alone, our administrative team is the backbone of everything we do.

As part of our Fall Training Cohort, we were honored to welcome Kenethia Bright, founder of Fashionably Bright, LLC, who volunteered her time to teach our students the power of dressing for success and showing up with confidence.

Her message was simple and inspiring: style is identity, professionalism, and purpose.

We are so grateful for her heart, her talent, and her willingness to pour into the next generation. 💛
This month, we celebrate our incredible admin professionals, thank you for holding this work together with grace and joy.
