Uptown showed out today! 🏃🏻‍♂️

Big shout out to @wrucrew & @jdsportsus for having Spanish Harlem Run Club at this year’s Uptown Games and putting together such a dope experience. Great energy, great competition and even better community.

Much respect to every run club that came out and made the day one to remember. Grateful we got to be a part of it and represent El Barrio.

Until next year. 🤝🏽

You can count on us to create a cozy atmosphere!
📍 We thank @ominira.art.tea for that — our home for Night Class.

“Mother Wounds” was another powerful session. Shoutout to everyone who dug deep in that room. A very special thank you to our panelists and co-facilitators: @iambrittanybarker & @call.me.ugba

Stay tuned for our next community wellness session!

It’s the most amazing feeling to meet first-time clients who instantly feel like old friends. I’m truly so blessed to connect with such special souls — it means the world to me 🥹✨

Tomorrow, class is in session🗣🍎👩🏾‍🏫

Aside from the vibe & conversation that awaits, there’s a powerful group of folk ready to share their insight, wonderings and experiences. Will you be there to bear witness?

Complimentary beverages served, a stellar playlist and even better people to commune with 🤞🏾
