inside of a relationship ..
outside of being partnered ..

I’ve found
the same principle
remains true.

without scorekeeping ..
or agenda ..
or believing there’s something
that needs to be extracted..

when you are someone
who takes responsibility
for your own energy

it simply
feels really good
to be around you.

this starts to impact
how others receive you ..

which inevitably
starts to impact
the way they show up
in your presence ..

we’ve been so conditioned
to believe that change
occurs from the outside in

when the reality is ..

the shift always occurs in
how you’re experiencing you ✨

Only real plans this summer were therapy, healthy hair, good food, time with loved ones, & a tan. I’m kind of rocking it! 🥵 #obsessed

On a slightly serious note (not really, just yapping) — I’ve accomplished many mini-milestones that encompass the big picture that is my life. I’m proud of myself for sticking it through. Persistence in unlearning and relearning habitual behaviors has paid off so much when it comes to my mental health. Physically, I’ve been able to manage any swelling with my leg better than I thought. I’m not sure how much progress is to be made with that, as it is uncontrollable, but reaching for a better overall physical health is an important next target for me.

It can be overwhelming to try and “fix” everything all at once in your life. Mental health, physical health, emotional needs, familial relationships, friendships, dating, habits, habits, habits… It can get so overwhelming that you end up doing nothing instead. Now that I have a better understanding and ability to manage my mental health, the energy expended there is less—I can focus on the next thing a little bit more.

Big thanks to everyone supporting me, particularly in the last two years.

The sacred feminine invites us to remember that true kindness flows from self-respect. Just as the Earth embraces her natural cycles—resting, renewing, and flourishing in her own time—we are called to honor the rhythm of our hearts. Kindness is not about surrendering our power but about expressing love while staying rooted in our truth.

The wild woman within whispers that our energy is a sacred gift, meant to be shared with intention, not poured out endlessly for the comfort of others. She reminds us that saying “no” is an act of grace, a declaration of alignment with our deeper knowing. Walking away from what doesn’t honor our spirit can be an act of love—for ourselves and the sacred balance of life.

When we honor our boundaries, we cultivate harmony within and around us. Every truth spoken from the heart ripples outward, inspiring others to step into their authenticity. In this way, we reclaim our energy, our voice, and our sovereignty—not through force, but through gentle remembrance of who we are. It is not a demand but an invitation to rise, to soften, and to embody the fullness of our being.

Went home to Johor to settle some family matters and realized just how much I’ve missed everyone. We’re all so attached, but life and work have kept us busy. Alhamdulillah, grateful to be back just in time for Ramadan—it’s a humbling reminder of everything I have to be thankful for.

Met up with my childhood best friend, helped my parents with gardening, watched “The Boy & The Heron” together and spent quality time with them, even if just for a little while. I wished I could stay longer. 🫂
