Your worth was never defined by what you’ve accomplished or what others think of you.

True growth begins when you recognize your value beyond the titles, achievements, and expectations. Know who you are while becoming who you’re meant to be.

The journey is the testament.

“Death and life are in the power of the tongue.” — Proverbs 18:21

The 2nd ever Morgan Man March was about speaking life into Morgan men challenging one another to grow, lead, and become better versions of ourselves.

what does sustainability mean to you ?

STRIVing for a Sustainable Built Environment 🌱🏗️

Spend the day with me as a Civil Engineer student attending the DC Sustainability summit 2026

The summit shifted my perspective on what sustainability looks like beyond the classroom.

From decarbonization and sustainability certifications to residential practices and sustainable material.

The most important message: Sustainability isn’t an afterthought

Civil Engineers build communities that have impacts for generations. Not only how we build, but how can we build better.

Sometimes progression starts with a new perspective.

Keep STRIVing

Had a great summer surrounded by so many great engineers.

From running a 5K with my engineering team, to hooping with the Everyday Engineer Club community, to meeting engineering students and announcing our student ambassadors who will represent the club and create community for engineers on their campuses.

It’s been great watching this community continue to grow and reach engineers at every stage. Looking forward to everything we’re building next.

Introducing the Everyday Engineer Club Student Ambassadors ⚙️

As EEC continues to grow, we want to make sure the next generation of engineers has a place within the community too.

Our Student Ambassadors will represent EEC on their campuses, connect with other student engineers, and help bridge the gap between college and the broader engineering community.

This is just the beginning. We’re looking to connect with more students and expand EEC to campuses across the country.

Interested in representing Everyday Engineer Club at your school? Send us a DM or check out the link in our bio.

Beyond the classroom. Beyond the workplace.
Creating engineering culture.

Come with me on a weekend in the life for the B.E.Y.A Conference!

This year I also had the chance to participate in the Advancing Minorities in Engineering competition where we had to solve the problem statement of “How might we design innovative, human-centered solutions that leverage emerging technologies such as AI, cybersecurity, data science, VR, autonomous systems, advanced energy systems, and sustainability practices to address complex societal and environmental challenges, overcome barriers to industry and government progress, OR create new opportunities by disrupting existing markets?”

This was an amazing experience that highlights the success happening with Baltimore in the tech realm! Definitely will be attending next year!

This fall semester was a semester of purpose, brotherhood, and impact. From leadership development and campus engagement to service, wellness, and community empowerment, Morgan M.I.L.E. showed up with intention and excellence. Each moment reflected our commitment to uplifting Black men, strengthening connections, and leaving a lasting legacy at the National Treasure.📚

Fall 2025 reminded us that when we move together, we move forward.Ⓜ️🧡💙
