At this point, Saturdays should just be renamed to @malikgandfriends run club day 😂🏃‍♀️
5K by the ocean, familiar faces, new friendships, endless yapping and the kind of energy you wish you could bottle up for the rest of the week🥹❤️
Because somehow, waking up early to run has become the part of the weekend we look forward to the most.

📍 Redondo Beach Pier
⏰ Saturday | 8 AM
🏃‍♀️ 5K | All paces welcome

No pace pressure, no need to know anyone, just show up.
We’ll take care of the rest. 🫶

When he first joined us, running wasn’t easy for him. He struggled, but he never gave up. Week after week, he continues to show up, and we’ve had the privilege of watching him grow ❤️

A special thank you to @lanaejones for continuing to bring him out and making this community apart of their family.
Happy birthday Bruce 🥳

Your Friday reminder that you have plans tomorrow. And by plans, I mean voluntarily waking up early to run 5K with a bunch of people who somehow make that sound like a good idea😭😂
At this point, the running is just how we justify the socializing.
Same Saturday chaos, same beautiful people, and another reason to look forward to the weekend❤️

📍 Redondo Beach Pier
