Last week had the honor of being part of the grand opening of the Obama Presidential Center with a ton of my old colleagues from the campaign and WH. The highlight was taking the kids through the museum on opening day with Zen gazing up at the HOPE Poster knowing his Dad & Uncle Yosi @a35mmlife did so much to make that happen. And Sage thinking I did a magic trick by pulling the blue rocker button through the glass case —not knowing I had a few of the original vintage ones we designed & had made for the campaign in my pocket, that I took out of storage before the trip so I could give ‘em out for free like we did back in the day. Coolest thing about it was Sage gave me a look “wow Daddy… you really did help didn’t you!?” that you can see a glimmer of in the pics. Special shout out to all the OPE / IGA / DPC homies and to my big bro @mikestraut -You outdid yourself brutha and made us all proud! #YesWeCan

Still on the job hunt so the timeline is getting more of my work as a writer, director, and editor — this time my award-winning and critically acclaimed directorial debut, the #musicvideo for @iammattrose and his single “Sick” — shot when I was living and working in Los Angeles in 2016! #womeninfilm #filmmaking #fyp

A year plus in the making… working my ass off towards relaunching & rebranding my social good consulting shop of 20+ years to —drum roll please— 🤣🥁🥁🥁: <<The Transformative Good Lab.ai>> with the calling to lean into using the superpowers of AI for good, especially as it relates to young people’s workforce readiness and mental wellbeing.

Thanks to everyone behind the scenes who continue to cheer me and the team on and hope you enjoy the reel of our unofficial coming out event / youth activation last Friday helping launch the festivities of NBA All Star Weekend in my beloved hometown of Los Angeles. TGoodLab.ai had the vision and chutzpah to say let’s do the first ever AI, Youth & Social Good activation ever for the NBA and OpenAI and as ya can see from all the smiles and good vibes… it was a smashing success! 🤖🦾🤖🦾 And finally, a deep and soulful thank you to all the young people who inspire me everyday.

what would it sound like if Anderson.Paak , Tame Impala & Daft Punk went to Brazil for a Summer?

I’m so glad you asked… 👀🤖🌱 when starting this album, engulfed in the beautiful canyons of Manōa, I was obsessed with 1970’s Latin fusion… I kept coming back to this forgotten niche of iconic 70’s music that emphasized groove + songwriting. Not the kind that’s formatted for success, but the kind that feels euphoric, effortless, alive.

But the album needed a contemporary element… and I knew that my background in alternative music and hiphop needed to shine through somehow… I began chipping away, rapping over disco beats, until it blended into the things I loved.

As a stan of George Duke, Roger Troutman or Daft Punk, the vocoder had to sneak on a few songs on this record and I tried my best to make it tasteful and with purpose ✨. I know it’s only been ONE DAY, but What’s ur favorite song this far??

Is an AI to IRL production model a thing? Yes.

Here are 5 ways we use tech to elevate us (not replace us) including:

-AI pitch materials
-Photorealistic 3D renders
-XR tech (why should your brands dreams be limited by budget)

Tip: Spend some time thinking on the ways that new tech can work for you and your clients.

Cuz face it, we really want to be spending more time celebrating wins and less time writing bad prompts.

Samonsite “Not Just A Bag” starring NBA Boston Celtics, Payton Pritchard.

Even though AI is fully here, we need humans and it takes a village. We love ours 🫶🏽
