A simple and quick breakfast with loads of honey and chocolate.
🥞 Pancakes hold the heart with their creamy and rich texture, with a pinch of sweet and salty taste ,these Pancakes made my whole day.

Ingredients: ( Serving 4)

1 cup all-purpose flour,spooned and leveled
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted, or vegetable oil
1 egg
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• Toppings of your choice eg.chocolate Sauce/ honey/ maple syrup/ fruits of your choice

Method:
1. Mix butter ,milk and oil nicely
2. Combine the dry ingredients and mix them slowly in the wet mixture
3. Take a pan/ tava for making them
4. For each pancake, spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons of batter onto skillet, using the back of the spoon to spread batter into a round.
5. Cook until surface of pancakes have some bubbles and a few have burst, 1 to 2 minutes. Flip carefully with a thin spatula, and cook until browned on the underside, 1 to 2 minutes more.
6. Serve hot with desired toppings.

who being a software engineer on weekdays and DJ at weekends decided to try his hands at one of the toughest street food yes guys none other than making pani puri.
He dreads cooking if it involves a great deal of time but sometimes one surrenders to the desire of having those tangy sweet and spicy golgappa.
