Elite Circle taught me so much. ✨️

This trip to Tennessee showed me that it's okay to be vulnerable (around the right people), being in unity with people on the team is necessary! So thank you for all those who were at the airbnb and who I rode with into town. Ya'll are the real ones! Lol

Thank you for the great leadership we have in team Revolution.

I look back at the young woman I was back then, just a few years ago. With anger issues, with no direction and thinking, I knew what I was doing. I didn't have guidance and only knew what my parents knew.

Welcome to the start of an amazing journey, baby girl. Cheers to building a business where people ACTUALLY want to see you grow and have invested interest in your success.

Blessing to all the #Entrepreneurs and #BusinessOwners going through it. It's not over yet. DON'T you give up on your dreams. If you do, you'll end up building someone else's.

Nothing worth having comes easy. So Abba Father, I ask that you continue to equip me and my team and all our leaders with all the necessary tools to succeed and be a blessing to others. Always. In Yeshua's name 🙏🏼

Nothing in life is easy. When Vicky Love envision of having the Beale Street Artcrawl Fest, she knew it would come with its own set of challenges. But she kept going because she believed in supporting artists and creators that much, no matter how hard or challenging it would be. We’re celebrating 3 years August 21st because Vicky never gave up on the community!!!

True Story: Support those who continue to fight for others! People like Vicky need all the support she can get! Because everything she does is for the community! See you all at the next Artcrawl August 21st! #arts #artsandcrafts #artistsoninstagram #vendors #festival #summerevents #blues #memphis #tn

CAN YOU SAY SQUATS!! This morning we spent the entire workout doing proper squatting. When you do a squat properly and effectively it engages the quads, hams, and booty. I swear doing squats right can ‘make a grown man cry.’ Yes they hurt! Yes they burn! However, the benefits are so amazing.
Ladies if you have bad knees or back, still work on getting low. Here are some tips.
1. Start with a hence with your back.
2. Drop down in a squat (I recommend a wider stance and turning your knees and feet outward). 3. Last, drop your butt down low (ouch). Doing squats properly and consistently will shape your butt, tone tights, and build an overall nice lower body.
Please let me know what questions I can answer about doing squats.
Big shoutout to one of my favorite fitness influencers @mikerashid on his dope videos on why squats are the foundation.

I just love my clients. They let me beat them up in the workouts and then beat them up a little more. 🥊🥊😉😉 Shoutout to my newbie @iammicheale for stepping up and allowing me to throw those hands. Ahhhh...it felt so good baby.
Slick got a lil tired in 20 seconds, but we are going to say I just wanted the video short for IG posting purposes. 😩😩😉
