3 of our runners who ran the Long Beach Marathon & Half Marathon still had the energy to cheer fellow runners. No excuses , if you are not running you are running.

dear running - i owe you everything 🌐🫶🏽

you are not an easy sport. you ask for early alarms in the cold, heavy legs, and the quiet grit to go long distances when no one is watching. you demand discipline before the rest of the world is even awake

but look at what you gave us in return
you brought us our people. we may show up for the miles, but we truly stay for the community. you gave us high fives on corner blocks, a shared energy like no other, and a space where no one ever has to move alone

even in a season of slowing down, you keep showing me how many blessings fit into these streets. run the blocks is everything, and it’s all because of the hearts that show up and run as one

thank you for every mile, every lesson, and every person you’ve brought into our lives

forever grateful for this crew 🧡

60+ miles Backbone trail into Venice beach. We kicked off our first race of the season on the trail , exploring other avenues of running. You can say we are still not over our TSP experience . When I started this running journey I never thought I’d be taking me this far out but forever grateful for the team I’ve built. Congratulations to our runners and crew who took on this challenge

LA RUNNING RECAP🤩☀️🌴

Last week I was on a work trip and visited family who lives in Los Angeles😃My mom, dad, and sister have lived in California for years and I always leave feeling deeply inspired by their local running community🤝My family was the inspiration behind starting Conshohocken Running Club (CRC) and the people I met motivate me to keep growing our vision🫡

I want to give a HUGE shoutout to @domxbellamy of @sundayrundayla and @nikela for making Saturday’s run a memorable one🙌We met at @3107pico which was the first Nike retail location in America in 1967🔥

It was a pleasure sharing miles with AMAZING people so thank you to @maverick_steele, @iammrlee_, @fonz.bp, and @jcastaneda.19 for being YOU! Ya’ll have beautiful souls and your welcoming nature made this sport what it’s all about: POSITIVITY❤️

It’s NEVER about how far or how fast you run…it’s all about showing up for yourself and running your own race. As one of my best friends @michaelchiusano constantly reminds me, “it’s being 1% better today than you were yesterday”🤞Surround yourself with great people like them and I hope all of you achieve your dreams this year👏

This is your sign to join run club, try hard things, and share miles in this precious life we all have🩷See you Saturday🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Lee displayed a lot of grit during our TSP relay run from LA to Vegas, even an injury couldn’t stop him from completing each of his segment. As they say “if you want to go fast go alone but if you want to go far , go together” TOGETHER WE CONQUERED 300 Miles.

Congratulations to our team of runners who took on the Mugu SoCal Trail this past weekend! 🌄

The heat wave was no match for the determination and grit this team brought. We had several runners finish in the top 10 of their age groups and earn top overall finishes—a huge accomplishment!

If you see someone you know, give them a big shoutout in the comments and help us celebrate their achievement. 👏

Congratulations, Mid-City Runners! 🎉🏃🏾‍♀️🏃🏽‍♂️
