Lucky to grab some drone footage at the 2026 Leadville 100 MTB while we worked the Columbine aide station at 12,500’, surrounded by incredible views, watching amazing people do amazing things. @iamraign Hopefully the ‘gram leaves the audio in.

Healing begins when you stop asking the past to give you a different ending.

Truth
There are moments we wish we could hit the redo button: the decision we regret, the relationship that ended, the words we wish we had said or not said, or the outcome we never expected.

But repeatedly replaying the past cannot change what happened. Yesterday happened yesterday. It can only keep you emotionally attached to a chapter that has already ended.

Perspective
Healing is not pretending the past did not hurt. It is accepting that the ending may not be what you wanted while choosing not to let it control what happens next.

Through my 4-Pillar Coaching Method, you can begin moving forward with intention:

1️⃣ Acknowledge what happened and how it affected you.

2️⃣ Address the grief, disappointment, guilt, anger, or regret you may still be carrying.

3️⃣ Assess whether revisiting the past is helping you learn—or keeping you stuck in the same emotional place.

4️⃣ Act by choosing one present-day thought, boundary, prayer, or next step that supports your healing.

Takeaway
You may not be able to change the ending of that chapter, but you can decide how the next one begins. Your past can hold lessons without holding your future hostage.

What are you ready to stop replaying so you can move forward? Comment “HEALING” if you are choosing peace over the past.

A verdadeira transformação acontece dentro.

Êxtase Experience uma experiência para sentir, viver e lembrar.

Some songs just belong to a certain moment forever. 🥀

Raign’s Don’t Let Me Go has been on repeat lately, and I couldn’t stop thinking about the closing scenes of TVD 5x21. I loved that song and that moment so much that I had to turn it into a music video.

So… here’s a little piece of nostalgia from the TVD era that still hurts in the best way. 🥹

This season, @prabalgurung decided to return to his roots with a poetic show entitled "Home Sweet Home?".

For his new collection, the American-Nepalese designer drew inspiration from the spirituality, culture, & savoir-faire of Nepal, which was evident from the opening of the show with chants by Buddhist monks.

However, the starting point for the collection was broader, as suggested by the question mark in the title. Prabal Gurung explored the idea of finding refuge, sanctuary, or home elsewhere, in uncertain times.

The soft & meditative soundtrack created by @benbrunnemer echoes this idea. It includes a version of "Knockin’ On Heaven’s Door" written by Bob Dylan, sung by RAIGN in a mash-up with music by Max Richter, as well as music by Hania Rani & Pakistani singer Arooj Aftab.

While the designer draws strength & refuge from his origins, he also finds it in fashion, beauty, & the poetry of couture silhouettes accompanied by the peaceful & contemplative show’s soundtrack.

Being “good enough” was never the goal—being yourself is.✨ When you stop performing for approval and start living from the truth, and not outside opinion, you realize you were worthy the whole time.

Drop a ❤️ in the comments if you're ready to own your worth, and DM me "AUTHENTIC" to start your mindset shift!

5 out of 6 sick people in this house. I’m the last woman standing because…I’m a mother. Duh! We can’t get sick or we’d be 🎶 knocking on heaven’s door 🎶 iykyk. How’s everyone else doing out there? Haven’t seen other people in days. Has everything changed? Let me know 🥴 #momlife #sickkids #newyearnewsickness #momsofinstagram #momssupportingmoms
