I am still on cloud 9, I ran this race with a PR of 1 1/2 hours - almost sub 5. All the blood, sweat, & literal tears of training for 5 months paid off.

I had the best time running the Chicago Marathon, I had the best training & coaches (friends) pushing me past my limit.

2 Majors down - many more to go, and TBD to what’s next…..

You came for the match. You kept coming back for the people.

In this clip from We Are RECVR, we unpack a study of 80,306 adults followed for approximately nine years. Researchers found that racket-sport participation was associated with 47% lower risk of death from any cause compared with not participating in those sports.

An important distinction: the study included tennis, badminton and squash—not padel. It showed an association, not proof that playing a racket sport causes that reduction.

My take? The community could be part of the bigger picture. When your people are waiting on the court, movement becomes something you look forward to—not another obligation. That’s the longevity conversation I want the padel community having: what keeps us active, connected and coming back for years?

What keeps you playing: the competition or the people? Tag your court partner.

YOUR BUSINESS, WHERE PEOPLE LOOK🩵

Clients search Curee for IV therapy, vitamin injections, and mobile drips. Make sure yours is one they can book. Link in bio.

People see the work. They don’t always see what it takes to keep the body capable of doing it.

Holding mitts for elite athletes, power punchers, and world champion fighters puts miles on my body. The shoulders, back, hands, legs everything takes a beating.

That’s why recovery isn’t a luxury for me. It’s part of the job.

RECVR | Wellness Lounge keeps me ready to come back and do it again. Midtown. Downtown. Aventura.

Train hard. Recover with purpose. Take care of the body that allows you to perform at your highest level.

Go get your body right. 🥊♻️
