SKINCEUTICALS TRIPLE LIPID RESTORE 2:4:2
.
Aging skin is increasingly susceptible to lipid depletion: the loss of natural compounds on the skin’s surface present in the form of ceramides, natural cholesterol, and fatty acids. This lipid loss compromises the skin’s natural protective barrier, resulting in visible signs of accelerated aging, as the skin loses its ability to effectively self-repair.
.
Enter @skinceuticalsca Triple Lipid Restore 2:4:2.
.
This nourishing, restorative cream delivers a maximized concentration of reparative lipids: 2% pure ceramides, 4% natural cholesterol, and 2% fatty acids. It works to reinforce the skin’s barrier, supports natural repair, and improves the appearance of skin smoothness, laxity, pores, and radiance.

From #Blogger Sandy @iamsandyesprit about motherhood! - [REPOST] -

Every journey is different. Every motherhood experience is different.
Recently my three year old was giving me sass. Anyone who’s met my baby knows that she can be as sweet as pie and as headstrong as ever. I was already triggered by the news of Daunte Wright but my job as a parent never stops. She woke up that morning and chose ✨violence ✨. She kept telling me how she hated tag. I let that slide. We were working on her schooling & she just wouldn’t do her work. Subjects that were really easy for her she no longer was grasping.

I could hear it, “You’re so dumb!” in my head. I got frustrated. I’m thinking “Ok, time to break out the disciplinarian mom.” That’s the way I was taught, surely it must be the way. But God knew better so I listened. A thought came to me, why not talk to my girl.

She kept telling me how much she hated tag. I asked her why? She said because she couldn’t touch anybody. Everything fell into place. At that moment I realized that we both were struggling with our own separate & individual issues. It never occurred to me that touch was such an important component of life to her. How could I not notice it? She loves to hug everyone & here we are telling her that a rule with playing at the park is to not touch anyone. She didn’t know how to deal with her frustration because she’s 3! Duh?! She doesn’t understand the dangers of touching others. She doesn’t understand the complexities of navigating a global pandemic. She just wants to be herself the best way she knows how & which includes touch.

I have to show her. She was taking her frustration out on me & I almost took mine out on her. Thank God for wisdom. So we scrapped the schedule for the day and went outside to play. Needless to say the next day, my girl was back. Literally flying through her school. She even told me, “Mommy I’m good at this!”

As A Mother... is the title of my blog. But it’s also a reflection of how I feel.
Are we going to be alright? Most likely. Unfortunately, we won’t get through it unscathed. All I can do is hope and pray that we make it through all right.
