As we brace for a case of the Mondays…

What if the real shift you’re feeling isn’t burnout—but a quiet call from your creative soul?

This is a reflection for the ones who’ve outgrown old roles, outlived old stories, and are starting to sense the stir of something more.

Some stories aren’t just stories.
They’re rebellion.
They’re identity.
They’re the moment you stopped asking for permission.
This clip? A little BTS on why I pierced my nose and what it meant for my journey back to me.
It’s not about the jewelry.
It’s about reclaiming your right to be who you are — fully, unapologetically, out loud.

🎥: From my BTS series while building Midlife With A Chance of Magic™ — where reinvention gets real.

✨ Nose rings & nonconformity forever.

Drop a 🧿 if you’ve ever had a “f*ck it, I’m doing this for ME” moment.

You are your only competition this week.

It’s not her, them, or who you used to be — it’s the version of you that knows exactly who she is and what she wants.

So walk like your name is already on it.

Strut through the week with growth in your step, consistency in your mindset, and fearlessness in your spirit.

Let this be the week you claim everything that’s yours.

No playing small. No holding back. Just YOU, fully activated. 💥

Giving myself permission to be a beginner as I learn the world of podcasting, but with balance.

I used to take on projects and goals with an all or nothing approach only to be left depleted, drained and burnt out - eventually losing all the excitement I had in the first place.

With growth comes doing things differently as my old ways don’t fit with who I am today.

This week, I made it out the group chat! It was great to feel the sunshine, walk the streets & connect w some friends to talk life & what we’re working on these days.

Staying connected to the things and people that nurture who you are and where you’re going - highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

In an emotional sneak peek into what it was like in the liminal space from age 35-40, I share a taste of my journey through the messy in-between of midlife leading up to my milestone birthday turning 40.

I did everything I was taught would make me successful:
Went to college. Built a career. Bought a house. Got married.
But somehow… I still ended up lost.
.
Divorce was the catalyst — but the truth is, I’d been drifting for a while.
.
No one tells you what to do when you’ve achieved all the things and still feel deeply unfulfilled.
.
This moment was the start of everything for me.
.
The breakdown that led to the becoming.
.
If you’ve ever felt like your life doesn’t fit anymore… this episode is for you.

Growth doesn’t come with an instructional manual and it’s often pretty messy.
.
I’ve become extremely passionate about growth - what it looks like, but more importantly what it feels like. It’s not something you can be taught. It’s something you experience for yourself and it’s deeply personal.
.
I was taught how to be successful, but not how to handle the moments when success felt empty.
.
I’m taking a stroll back to the life events that changed the course of my path. Shifted the way many people saw me, but most importantly how I saw myself.
.
If you’re in or ever been in a season of questioning everything, know that you’re not alone. It’s simply part of the uncomfortable process of growth. This is the start of something new.

No one prepares you for life after 35.
.
By this big age, we’re supposed to have it all together. But at 35, I was struggling—struggling to make sense of myself, my relationships, and what I actually wanted from life.
.
I suffered in silence… until I couldn’t anymore. I had to break down to break through.
.
Now, at 43 (almost 44), I see things clearly. No one talks about the shift that happens between 35-42—when your old identity stops fitting, but you’re not sure what comes next.
.
Here’s what I wish I’d known back then:
.
🔥 DOING IT ALL WEARS YOU OUT – The hustle gets old. You crave peace, fulfillment, and authenticity more than achievement.
.
🔥 YOU’RE MORE THAN THE ROLES YOU’VE PLAYED – You’ve spent years being who you needed to be. But who are you now?
.
🔥 YOUR FEMININE ENERGY NEEDS A COMEBACK – Always in productivity mode? Stuck in competition? That disconnect is costing you emotionally and in relationships.
.
🔥 MATING SUCCESS IS A BYPRODUCT OF SELF-WORK – Baggage attracts baggage. If you don’t unpack your own, you’ll repeat cycles with men who haven’t done the work either.
.
🔥 HEALTH IS NO LONGER OPTIONAL – Your body fights back harder now. Proper nutrition, movement, and consistency are everything.
.
Drop a 🔥 if you feel this shift, too. Let’s talk about it.
.
This phase of life isn’t a crisis—it’s an awakening. The real question is:
Will you lean in and grow? Or resist and suffer?
.
This is just the beginning. A new conversation is starting, and I’m leading it.
.
If you’re a woman 35+, this is your permission slip to make your official comeback—to a more authentic, self-assured, self-directed version of you.
.
