Throwback Thursday • Upful Risings • Eat Electric • everyday we rise up most of us eat and drink gluey, mucus forming foods that bung us up, make us feel bloated and block up our intestines/colon • our stomachs are like a second brain • if we continually put toxic stress & processed chemicals into our bodies at some point our body will say: “I’ve had enough and it will either partly or fully shut down • yeah I can hear you: “I can’t do that, I can’t have that, I can’t, I can’t!” okay no problem just skip past this video and continue to cram the processed food into your gut and enjoy the bloated feeling you love so much • enjoy straining when you go to the toilet • enjoy the feeling of acid reflux • enjoy Gaviscon & Rennie and all those other lovely remedies the pharmacy has on offer • just remember they might ease the symptoms for a hot second but you are not dealing with the source of your problem • We drink coffee to give us energy, but the chlorophyll in greens has more energetic boosters than any coffee bean • we have been programmed to disrespect our bodies by eating junk most of the time and then we wonder why we feel tired and lethargic • My suggestion is this: EAT FOR ENERGY, don’t eat just to feel full • that big belly is layers of sludge on your intestinal walls • GLUE STUCK IN THERE • rotting carcass hitch up in your colon • FLUSH IT OUT PEOPLE • or just carry on with the same old programmed mentality that creates a cancerous environment in your body where growths & tumours can wallow in your instestine like pigs in mud • have a great day now won’t you all • LIONPOWER 🦁✊🏽🎖🇬🇳🇯🇲
