An introduction to What Are You Bound To? Mother–Daughter Edition with

Gratitude.

I was introduced to Shibari over 20 years ago while pregnant with my eldest daughter, stationed in Okinawa and serving in the Marines...
Years later, I find myself disassembling those same constructs and embracing flow. Using rope and thread, both visible and invisible, as a space for somatic exploration, conversation, connection, and release- through my What Are You Bound To¿ Series.

The Mother–Daughter edition grew from that evolution: creating space for women, as daughters and/or mothers, to explore what connects us, what we inherit, and what we choose to loosen.

You always do your thing and capture my projects Beautifully @andrewfennell

Everybody thinks there’s one magical day to book flights… and honestly that’s one of the biggest reasons people overpay. 😭

The truth? It’s usually not ONE day. It’s the order you make decisions in.

Most people pick the destination first…then try to force the budget to work after.

That’s backwards.

I’ve observed that the people who save the most money usually stay flexible first and choose the best opportunity before locking themselves into one specific trip.

And once you see it, you can’t unsee it. 👀

What’s the biggest travel mistake YOU made before learning better? #opportunityfirsttravelsystem #travel #budgettravel #familytravel
