You were my constant companion and my comfort. You were my soulmate and my very best friend.

Thank you for being with me through 13 years of ups and downs. You were there for me through college and PT school. You were there when I met the love of my life and when we welcomed Zayn into our lives. You noticed every tear that I shed and every moment of fear I had during my lowest of lows. We made it out on the other side, together. I held you when you were a little 8-week old puppy, terrified of the world and hoping to find your forever companion. I’ll never forget how it felt to hold you until the very end. If our love for you could keep you here, you’d be with us forever.
