Maybe it was the Cancer moon transit but I am feeling rather nostalgic and my ambivert ass misses being outside. It’s okay to be at home to retreat when needed. In Scorpio season, the zodiac sign of death and rebirth. I am grieving the world as we knew it. Even though I am ecstatic to witness the alchemical process the United States is going through during its Pluto Return. And I anticipate the new paradigm we’re birthing but I am allowing myself to celebrate both.

I can’t describe how it feels to be back at AfroTech, in my home “The TOWN” “OAKANDA” “OAK-TOWN” at that. As a self-taught Full Stack Developer and Marketer (Tech Evangelist), my path has been anything less than conventional with imposter syndrome trying to forfeit my efforts at every turn but when God is creating your blueprint, you will reach your destination despite any obstacles that come across your path.

Last year, I had to leave AfroTech due to health complications and the untimely death of my grandfather. Thank you @theclosetratchet for the opportunity to work with your media team. We’re going above and beyond, with this thing. I am so proud of you and your growth. And I appreciate how you selflessly made things happen for us #MyClientIsBetterThanYours #Period.
Grandpa, I felt your energy carrying me today; I’m grateful and privileged to have you as an honorable ancestor. What a difference a year makes.

Not only was I blessed to moderate my first panel at the first ever Black Travel festival @audacityfest but I am able to cross other goals off my vision board as well. ▪️
▪️
▪️
@evierobbie and @nomadnesstribe had been on my vision board for the last three years. I danced with @thebudgetnista who has been on my vision board for the last five years. In my mind, I just thought I’d get to join NoMADNESS Tribe one day and that was it. God had other plans. Gratitude is an understatement. ▪️
▪️
I’m motivated to overcome any obstacles I experience as a Black Travel Agent and continue cultivating purposeful experiences. Praises to the ancestors. We went from #TheGreenBookProject to jetsetting around the world. My people are the epitome of resilience. “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together”-African Proverb. ▪️
▪️
Setting intentions and alchemical energetic transmutation is real. What intentions are you setting under the Virgo New Moon tonight?

These beauties make living a life of service look easy. Yesterday, was a major win for @BayAreaULYP both internally and externally. I am grateful to learn how to create measurable impact, serve (😍💁🏽👑) and cultivate our influence as young professionals with my team. @shawneequa gave us all the gems needed to create multi generational wealth. We’re ecstatic to partner with ARBP to make their vision of 2,000,000 Black home owners in the next 5 years a reality, to lessen the wealth gap. Statistically, speaking black and brown people are set to be wiped out of their wealth by 2052, not if we can help it. Overwhelmed by all the black excellence that showed up and and showed out for our General Body Meeting yesterday. We are our ancestors wildest dreams... #BayAreaULYP #GenerationalWealth #BeTheMovement #NULYP #BlackMillennials #BlackProfessionals #BlackBusiness #BlackWealth #blkcreatives #BlackRealtors #AllBlackEverything #RealEstate #financialportfolio #Assets #YoungPassionateInvolved
