@traumaunitretreat 🙏 My heART is so full. ♥️ I 🧿AM so FULL. P E R I O D ‼️

This year's retreat was a reminder that there are no coincidences.

👉The right people,

👉the right conversations,

👉the right lessons, and

👉the right moments always arrive exactly when they are meant to.

What a gift 🎁 it was to laugh, heal, 💃 dance, 🪞🪞 reflect, connect, and simply be present 🧘‍♀️with such beautiful souls during a transformative & intense moment in our collective human experience with all the things happenig in our world. 🌎

To every smile 😊, hug 🤗, conversation 🗣️, workout 💪🏾, meditation 🧘🏾‍♀️, dance session 💃🏾, and shared moment of joy—thank you.

To @djtrauma @tyboogie_da1 , Raven, @blkangelz @traumaunitretreat family, the photographers 📸 , DJs 🎶, instructors 🌿, @thefivesoceanfront staff 🏝️, and everyone whose love and labor made this experience possible: I honor and appreciate you. 🙏

As we return to our respective corners of the world 🌍, may we carry the:

👉 consciousness 🧿,

👉peace 🕊️,

👉joy ✨,

👉healing 🌿, and

👉love ♥️ we cultivated together into every space we enter.

💫 May we continue uplifting one another.

💫 May we continue remembering who we truly
are.

💫 May we continue shining our light.

Until we meet again… 💋🌸💯💥🫶

With Love, Light & Respect,

Atlanta, I am looking forward to being with you this next week.

Women + Change Live was created as a space for thoughtful conversation about leadership, visibility, transition, and the many ways change shows up in our lives and work.

Too often people are expected to move through change quietly while continuing to meet expectations and carry responsibility. These gatherings are designed to create room for a different kind of conversation.

The Atlanta gathering will also feature a live conversation from The DO IT Change Room™, bringing thoughtful dialogue around leadership and transition into a shared space where people can reflect together.

If you are in Atlanta and this conversation speaks to where you are, I would truly welcome the opportunity to see you there.

This evening is FREE to attend and seating is limited. Ticket link in bio

What y’all think I’ve been doing these last five years?
Praying for the ones who dragged my name through the dirt.
Forgiving the ones who never checked on me.
Letting go of the lies, the betrayal, the people who left me in 2020.
I don’t blame you.
I wasn’t a victim…I took accountability, faced my truth,
and rebuilt myself right here in Atlanta.
But that move wasn’t easy.
Every day was a battle.
My kids’ fathers tried to break me down.
The abuse, the pain … it was real.
But I kept pushing. I refused to fall.
Five years of growth.
Five years of strength.
Five years of lessons that changed me forever.
I forgive the ones who stole from me,
who made money off my name,
who never asked if I could still feed my kids.
I had to fight with myself not to give up,
not to go cold,
to keep loving a community that turned its back.
But to those who stayed… thank you.
You believed when others ran.
You stayed when they judged.
I took losses, but I held my head high
and I got it all back.
Still, something was missing .. my purpose.
My people. My community.
To my mentees ..I never forgot you.
I just had to fight for me and my kids first.
Now, I’m back.
To anyone who wished me harm …I feel bad for you.
Because I’m walking in peace, purpose, and power.
Now it’s time to grind.
Time to build again.
Time to give back.
To my besties, my @divasmentoringdivas ,
my @sheisboston crew, my GWOP Divas, my IITC team
I got you. Always. I never had a come up.. alone!
If you know me, you know what’s coming next.
My number’s been the same since high school
if you’re ready to build, you know where to find me.
This is purpose season.
This is comeback season.
And this time… we’re all winning together.🙌🏽❤️✨

The universe will handle the rest.
Now it’s time to grind. The vision is clear. The dream… just like every one before ..is coming true.✨🙏🏽
Thank you for the pain, the lessons, and the strength. I’m ready. #solutionShauna #giveback #togetherwethrive #iykyk‼️
