Still smiling thinking about the energy in the room ✨

Thank you to everyone who came out to the Houston Entrepreneur Mixer and helped make the night so special. Seeing entrepreneurs, professionals, creatives, and business owners connect, support one another, and build real relationships is exactly why this community was created 🤍

From the conversations to the laughs to the memories captured at the photobooth — every moment reminded me how powerful it is to get the right people in the same room.

We’re so grateful for the love and support✨

See you all again in August!!

10/10 recommend adding boxing into your fitness routine.

Creating healthy habits and routines sometimes require incorporating different types of workouts. Boxing has been my go to. I always have fun, sweat and get the proper amount of cardio in 🙌🏾

Started boxing & here’s what happened ⤵️

I’m having fun, releasing stress and improving my overall strength. Really leveling up from a physical and mental aspect 🙌🏾

I know trying new forms of workouts can be intimidating, but it’s always good to step outside the box. As long as you’re having fun with it that’s all that matters 🤷🏾‍♀️

The benefits of boxing listed below are a plus :

- Improves heart health
- Aids weight loss
- Boosts whole body strength
- Improves balance
- Decreases stress
- Lowers blood pressure

Thanks @iamtlane22 for holding me accountable 🥊
