A BAG OF ENCOURAGEMENT: I absolutely love that 13 years later, women are still using this swag bag from my first retreat attended by 250+ women. They often send me pictures, notes, text messages about how much they love it. IYKYK 😘 #GTUTUG My cousin sent this to me. It made my heart smile.

Recently, I spent some quality time with some amazing "Sisters" that felt like being "home." I was able to say some things that were immediately understood. The more things change, the more they're remain the same. Definitely want to honor @cherylapullins (my first business/lifestyle coach) & @cheryljacksonradio (who put me on the radio over 25 years ago) for ALL you've done for me and what has become SOUL WEALTH.

Frankly, being a "trailblazer" is a lonely journey at times. It's why self-reflection, self-awareness and internal alignment matter. It's why deeply connecting with others who are "ahead of their time" is so deeply valued and appreciated. It was a moment of feeling seen and sharing resonance.

To the trailblazer reading this who needs a reminder - you have seed in the ground. You have put in the work. You have fruit all around you. You have shared, deposited, served, given, strengthened, loved, mentored, been an example, been studied, copied and stolen from. (I said what I said). You don't have to start over. Keep going from where you are.

Please know that you have made and have left a dinosaur imprint in this world. You have built a legacy that will live forever. Your impact will be experienced for generations to come. Because you're still here, know that God is not done pouring through you (as you). There's more. THANK YOU for agreeing with God and for aligning with the assignment on your life. #SoulWealth #Trailblazer #Visionary #KingdomLiving

NEVER ATTEND ANOTHER PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCE...unprepared again!

An Informed Parent is a Powerful Parent (TM).

Before you purchase more school supplies, let me ask you a question. Do you know what your child's current reading grade level is?

Do you know the questions to ask your child's teacher when school starts?

What children really need - more than clothes, a new backpack or supplies is an informed parent.

For over 30 years, I sat across the table from parents who love their children deeply. They just did not know the questions to ask or the steps to take towards an effective partnership with their child's school.

This is why I started Project EXCELeration to help parents become confident and effective advocates for their children's academic success. I love helping parents help their children! What would you say if I told you that I could give you a cheat sheet to prepare you for your child's next parent teacher conference? AND, I can send you the language for the email to introduce yourself to your child's teacher and request that conference. Teachers get a lot of emails - but this language will get you a response.

To receive this information, all you have to do is comment Get Me Ready below. That's it! Comment Get Me Ready and I will forward you my Parent Teacher Conference Readiness Cheat Sheet.

Don't attend another parent teacher conference unprepared ever again! Get the information you need to help your child be his or her best this coming school year.
