I want to welcome @iamweeks to the 300lbs club!!

3 weeks ago he was 412lbs, today he weighed in at 395lbs!!!

🔥-17 lbs weight loss so far!!🎉

🤫Oh and he took his Queen out for a lovely date. Yes, my clients have a cheat meal and still lose weight.

The key to my program is to TEACH YOU HOW TO EAT and enjoy life. Not lock you down and make you feel like your in prison.

Eat REAL FOOD and you will see real results. Results take time and @iamweeks is putting in the work and trusting the process.

Super proud of you, you are doing the work brother!!!

🔥Client showcase🔥

My client @iamweeks has started his online training with me for the last weeks and so far he is down 5lbs, his body composition has changed, but his MINDSET has transformed.

He is consistent and is always sharing his struggles and wins with me.

He understands the assignment and is ready for the challenge.
