First heels session... WAIT A MINUTE! 🖤✨

Thank you to every single one of you who came to train, dance, and share this moment with me. You filled my heart with so much happiness and love, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Thank you as well for all your kind messages and for staying to chat after class. Those moments mean so much to me.

Teaching has always had a special place in my heart. Life made me take a step back from it for a while, and I honestly didn’t realize how deeply I had missed it until this session. Being back in the studio, sharing my passion with you, reminded me of a part of myself that I had been missing.

I’ll leave you with a few videos of my amazing friends, who absolutely killed it simply by embracing themselves, letting go, and enjoying the moment. That’s what it’s all about. ❤️‍🔥

Here’s to many more sessions together. 🤍

Who is @iamyournour ?
A dancer, a choreographer, a storyteller in motion and the first woman we chose to open the +she portrait series.

Through waves, Yoruba words, childhood memories, movement and stillness, Nora let us enter the space where her dance is born.
A space shaped by softness, intensity, patience, and the collective.

Recently, she contributed to The Spirit of Goya for @europalia ESPAÑA, a performance where flamenco, hip-hop, krump and contemporary dance meet.
A project that embodies exactly what +she wants to share: diverse bodies, shared creation, new European narratives, and a community that moves together.

This portrait is a prelude, a way to meet her before you meet her work.
Nora, in +she motion.
