Today I watched my brother get one of the highest achievements in Boy Scouts. He’s been in Scouts since 6th grade and has loved it ever since. He followed in my dad’s footsteps closely as they are now both Eagle Scouts. My dad had taught both Ian and I to be role models and to always act true to ourselves and to make smart choices and hopefully not any dumb ones. Ian has taken my dad’s example and ran with it. I’m incredibly proud of him and as these last few months of him being a high schooler. When I tell you I was fighting to hold back tears it was a war. I love you a ton Ian. As your big sister I’m always here for you and I’ll always be your #1 supporter. Just don’t forget about me in college 😂
