KNOCKED

Bold and soft. Rich and Grounded. A song that you’d expect to emerge from a vintage stereo, yearning for an endless roadtrip... Enjoy :)

Recorded at The Lair
Engineered by Piatt Pund and Zach Levine
Mixed by Alexann Markus
Mastered by Ian Kimmel
Written, Produced, and Performed by Piatt Pund
Drums played by Zach Levine
Bass played by Max Barrett
Keys played by Piatt Pund
Sax played by Chris Ferrari
Trombone played by Stephanie Young

I’m so dang grateful to release yet another song of mine! This song took SO LONG to mix because of how many individual parts and instruments are on this tune. About 90 audio files in a single Ableton project later, here we are with one of my most prized pieces of work. It’s starts as a studio piece, and then transforms into the true love feel that I strive for within each recording. This reflects the journey so perfectly of what I set out to do. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do!!
