We had an amazing morning at @gingerfigclub who hosted a coffee morning for @macmillancancer today.

It was also great meeting the team at @cancer.connectlocal.

We always leave these events inspired by the community we live in.

We have collected a fantastic £2270 at The Meadows this weekend for @macmillancancer in support of @frimleyhealth.

💚 Thank you so much to all our volunteers. It was a very challenging collection in this heatwave, we are forever grateful for your hard work and dedication. 🙏

And thank you to everyone who donated, stopped and chatted with us and continues to support us. You’re making a big difference locally.

💚 Some good news for a grey, rainy day.

Yesterday we filled The Ely @theelyyateley in Blackwater with over 40 people for our charity summer lunch — and together we raised £900 for Macmillan Cancer Support (@macmillancancer).

It was a wonderful afternoon: full tables, great company, and a lot of generosity flying around the raffle and tombola.

The best part? Every penny we raise goes to the Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust (@frimleyhealth), so it stays right here in our local community.

💷 So far in 2026, our events have raised £13,000. It might not sound like a lot, but fundraising gets harder every year, and every single pound matters enormously.

💚 Thank you to everyone who came along, donated, and continues to support us. You made the day. 💚

Today, our Chair, Irene, and Macmillan’s Diana attended a cheque presentation at Guards Polo Club, following our Coffee Morning held on 30th October last year.

We are incredibly proud to share that, thanks to the generosity of everyone involved, an amazing £7,600 was raised.

A heartfelt thank you to all who attended, donated, and helped make the event such a success — your support truly makes a difference 💚

💚 Happy International Women’s Day 💚

This International Women’s Day, we want to take a moment to recognise and thank the incredible women who make our work possible.

From our dedicated committee members and volunteers to the generous supporters and donors who stand behind us — your time, energy and commitment help us raise vital funds for @macmillancancer and support patients and families at Frimley Park Hospital.

So much of what we achieve is powered by women who give their time, organise events, rally their communities and show up again and again for this cause. Your passion, compassion and determination make a real difference.

Today we celebrate you, and we are so grateful to have such an inspiring community behind us. 💚
