Uff, qué increíbles estas últimas semanas. Este 2026 me está regalando momentos mágicos 💖
¿Por dónde empezar?
En un podcast escuché la palabra ambivalencia y, la verdad, la declaro la palabra de este período. Ese conflicto entre emociones, decisiones, caminos de vida. Siento que mi vida sigue y sigue subrayando esta enseñanza: “Martina, la vida es ambivalencia pura.” ✨
Cuando adentro de mí se encuentran sentimientos encontrados, tomar decisiones no es tan sencillo.
Amo Madrid. Amo a mis amigos. Amo toda la inspiración y la energía. Amo rodearme de gente que me impulsa, que me recarga. Amo la expansión y la multiplicidad.🌷

Y al mismo tiempo me sentí drenada y agotada. En medio de ese entusiasmo infinito me perdí. Entre horas de metro seguía soñando con mi amado mar, que tanto extrañé. En medio de tanta vida social pensaba en cómo robarme más momentos de introspección y soledad. En medio de tanta velocidad buscaba paz y lentitud. Y así se me presentó la ambivalencia. Así me la imaginé: parada frente a dos caminos. ¿Cuál es el más correcto? ¿Qué es lo que realmente me pide el cuerpo? ¿Cuál es el siguiente paso? 🌱

Y la verdad es que no siempre es fácil encontrar respuestas, y probablemente no hay un camino correcto y otro equivocado. Simplemente hay caminos. Algunos más silenciosos y solitarios. Otros más llenos de flores y ruido. Otros con más subidas y bajadas. Cada uno con su particularidad, su desafío y su belleza. Y cada camino simplemente te pide vivirlo de la mejor manera posible, con infinita gratitud y una sonrisa enorme, porque siempre es mejor caminar cuando el sol vive adentro de ti, sin importar lo que te toque atravesar por fuera ☀️

Gracias, Madrid. Gracias, Sabaudia. Gracias, ciudad. Gracias, mar. Voy a hacer lo mejor que pueda para disfrutar al máximo cada momento que me regalan🦋

~ posting a week late ~

The word I’m choosing for 29 is: Present.

Not just viewing life as a gift, but making it my purpose to be fully rooted in every moment.

As a birthday enthusiast, I’ve grown used to the “birthday blues,” those years marked by heartbreak, arguments, or things just going sideways. But this year, was different.

Even as the world feels increasingly heavy and fragile, I was reminded of how privilege I am to find 𝑝𝑒𝑎𝑐𝑒. I spent the day disconnected from my phone, only answering those who called, and leaning into the people in front of me.

Despite the grey, cold weather, I don’t think I’ve ever had a more perfect day. From midnight to midnight, I felt deeply seen, appreciated, and fuelled by the best food and company.

I’m incredibly humbled to have celebrated across three different countries with friends from all over the world. In a time of so much uncertainty, having these connections is a gift I don’t take for granted.

Truly truly agradecida a todos for the messages and the love 🤍 (I’m slowly catching up to my DM’s, I promise!)

Ps. gracias por comer torta sin gluten por mi 😅

2025 RECAP ✨🤍

2025 had its lows, but was also filled with great moments thanks to the beautiful people in my life 🤍

Recap 2025 ✨ 🙌🏻

Fotos representativas de mi mes a mes de un año un tanto peculiar, que ha significado finales pero otros tantos comienzos. Momentos agridulces pero que han sido bien compensados, como dice la canción “con amigos de verdad”.

Un año donde muchas veces “la vida nos pedía ser dramáticos, sintiéndonos tan fuera de lugar” pero siempre con la certeza de que “nos quedan muchas vidas por vivir”.

A todos los que habéis formado parte de mi año, a los que aparecéis en este Recap y a los que no, gracias. Sin duda, habéis contribuido a que pueda cantar hoy “ahora soy feliz”. 💖

One highlight of 2025: Marty ✨

You could say it was friendship at first sight; because truly, we hit it off the second we said “hola” to each other at the ONE networking event I attended this year.

In 2025, Marty was my rock. She helped me navigate therapy, encouraged me to learn about finances, supported me through a breakup, and reminded me that life is full of opportunities.

No matter the distance, the time difference, or what was going on in our lives, we always showed up for each other.

Su espíritu y ganas de comerse el mundo son unas de sus mejores cualidades 🥰

It’s sad not knowing when we will see each other again… will it be exploring Japan? In our family homes in Venezuela or Italy? It’s uncertain, but I know our friendship will always be authentic, supportive, and fun.

Madrid, España 💌

I’ve always felt an inexplicable connection between this city and I.

Maybe it’s the eye-catching architectural details, the ease of its rhythm, people’s elegant style. Maybe it’s the endless tapas bars and late-night conversations over tinto de verano.

Or maybe it’s more personal. In its streets, I still find echoes of my abuela’s childhood stories. Madrid has also been a meeting point with my past, where I’ve reconnected with childhood friends and crossed paths with many from Venezuela’s diaspora (an estimated 100,000 people are making a life here after leaving the dictatorship).

Whatever the reason, every time I am in this city, is a reminder to slow down. To feel grateful. To just be.

¡Hola Creadiseñers! Ha pasado una semana pero aún estamos de resaca emocional con este súper evento que tuvo lugar en el @museodeltraje de Madrid.

Se trata, nada más y nada menos que la I edición de los @premiosyblake, un evento dedicado a destacar la excelencia en el diseño de vestuario tanto en producciones escénicas como audiovisuales, promovido por la @aapee_asociacion

@masterdformacion estuvo presente ya que @creadisenoescuelaprofesional tuvo el placer de colaborar, junto con @mcsescueladenegocios y @escuelaaudiovisualmasterd con la asistencia de numerosos alumnos en prácticas en funciones cubriendo diferentes áreas.

Además, parte del equipo tuvimos la suerte de asistir como invitadas y poder conocer a profesionales del sector. ¡Fue toda una experiencia!
