Planning Team🫆
ILT 3 “ IBN BATTUTA “
————————————
I’m truly proud to be part of this creative team and this close-knit family.
Proud of each and every one of you for what we achieved together.

Thank you for all the effort and dedication you put into this journey.
I truly hope to experience the same feeling and the same joy again, with the same faces.

Without this level of commitment and hard work, this experience would not have been this beautiful or this meaningful.

Thank you all for being here.
All my love🫆🤍

What a beautiful way to end the year with the International Leadership Training ILT 3 in the Arab Region! ✨

ILT is a powerful reminder that leadership is about presence, responsibility, and the way we show up for one another, rooted in shared purpose and a strong belief in youth leadership.

Across moments of learning, reflection, challenge, and joy, I saw leaders choosing values over comfort, listening over reacting, and care over control. This is the kind of leadership our movement needs, and the kind of leadership ILT strives to nurture.

Through shared learning and lived experience, we explored leadership as influence, values, and people empowerment, drawing from Maxwell’s leadership principles while grounding them in Scouting practice.

I am deeply grateful and proud of the planning team. Their commitment, care, and belief in what ILT can create made all the difference 💜
And grateful for every participant who trusted the process and made these days so meaningful and memorable.

Moments like these remind me why we are here, and what Scouting can truly do when we believe in young people and walk this journey together ! ⚜️

Three years ago, ILT in the Arab region was just a dream.
Today, it has grown into a community that inspires, empowers, and transforms youth across the region.

I am grateful to have been part of this journey from the very beginning helping shape its identity, guiding ILT 2 as Senior Team Leader, and now directing ILT 3.

But none of this would have been possible without the incredible team behind it. Their dedication, creativity, and belief in the vision turned challenges into impact, and ideas into reality.

To everyone who supported us and believed in ILT, thank you. Your trust fueled every step, every decision, and every effort to create meaningful change.

I hope our work has inspired, empowered, and transformed many lives. Seeing the community grow, witnessing the ripple effect of our training, and knowing the impact extends far beyond the program
itself, this is what makes leadership truly rewarding.

Grateful for the team, the lessons, and the lives touched along the way. Together, we built something bigger than ourselves.

My experience at the ILT has been nothing short of transformative. This isn’t just an event that happened and ended—it’s a journey that has built a sustainable community for the region and the world, one that will continue to grow and thrive together.

It truly reflects the unique identity of Arab youth—their energy and their incredible potential to lead change.

A huge thanks to the planning team—your energy, passion and dedication were unmatched!

Grateful to have been part of the air tribe—we’ve helped each others soar to new heights 🌬️ with the support of a true leader 🫶🏽

To all the ILT2 participants and my new community of change-makers in the region, let’s gooooo 🙌🏽 Beyond all the skills we’ve learned together, and the experiences, laughs, and cries we’ve shared, what I will cherish the most is the love and connections we had.

Until we meet again 💜
