Life Lessons from Surf Camp 🌊

🏄🏾‍♀️ Fall down? Get back up.
🌊 You can’t control the waves, but you can learn to ride them.
💪 Confidence comes from doing hard things.
🤙 Progress happens one wave at a time.
☀️ The best growth happens outside your comfort zone.

This week, the ocean was our classroom and the waves were our teachers. What started with nervous paddles turned into brave rides, big smiles, and unforgettable memories. Thanks Katie @flaglersurfschool for guiding and encouraging my surfer girls!

Learning. Adventure. Resilience.

Just another session with UHS. 🏝️🏄🏾‍♀️

The first of many. 🌪️🏆
This group bought in, stayed together, and went to war for each other all weekend. Proud of these girls for setting the tone early. Different level of heart.

15U Champions.
And we’re just getting started. ⚡️

Sounds like an all-star medical team! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

UHS lab experience gave students the opportunity to explore real anatomy through hands-on dissection, scientific observation, teamwork, and discussion. These moments help connect curiosity to real-world careers in medicine and health sciences.
