Exciting New Trial Findings! 🔬

SurVaxM, an immunotherapy for glioblastoma, an aggressive form of brain cancer, is showing promising results, with longer survival among patients ages 65 and under.

Early seed funding for SurVaxM was made possible through donations to the Roswell Park Alliance Foundation. From the Ride for Roswell and IceCycle to Empire State Ride, Schools Against Cancer and many more, our events help support research like this.

🗣️ Literally shouting from the rooftops 🌇🚲

Saturday morning, 45 riders kicked off our annual IceCycle fundraising efforts — riding, sweating & once again leaning on this village we have built to bring positive change to our community.

We are so grateful to Johnson’s Landing for hosting our first ever rooftop ride for a cause we hold so very dear. Every single dollar raised today goes toward our 2027 IceCycle team’s donation to Roswell Park.

This matters. One ride makes a difference. Because here’s the number that gets us every time…

🫶 Our Rise family has raised more than $500,000 for Roswell through the years.

Half a MILLION dollars‼️

That doesn’t happen all at once. That takes dedication, showing up time after time, staying focused on our why 🩵

And we’re not stopping 🙌🏼

IceCycle may not arrive until February, but we started pedaling toward our goal today — and we have many more miles and EVENTS on the horizon 🌅

🌬️ IceCycle 2026..

A little behind but I’m not gunna worry about it too too much cuz I’m just over here living in the moment.

This was my second IceCycle with @studio_crashers and I was able to raise $351, all thanks to ya’ll!

This is such an electric and energizing event that I just couldn’t stop smiling. Not only have I been stuck inside for a majority of the winter but also spending less and less time on wheels =‘s double thumbs down 👎🏾👎🏾.

I can’t wait for the next one and to finally get back outside to ride now that the weather is finally breaking.

Some experiences don’t just move your body they move your soul. 🤍

Ice Cycle is one of those spaces for me. It’s not just a workout, it’s a release, a remembrance, and a reminder of how fragile and beautiful life is all at once.

I lost my uncle to bladder cancer, and a sweet 9-year-old girl named Lydia that I once babysat to leukemia….and there are moments in that space, on that ice and the bike where it all hits me at once. The grief, the love, the memories yet somehow, in the middle of it, there’s also healing. There’s strength. There’s purpose.

Every pedal feels like honoring them. Every breath feels like gratitude for the life I still get to live. The healthy life I have.

This experience has shifted me within and it’s taught me how to feel deeply without breaking, how to carry loss with grace, and how to turn pain into something powerful.

If you’ve ever needed a place to let it all out and still feel held… this is it. I’m incredibly honored to have been invited back this year and I cannot wait to see what’s in store for next year! 🤍 ❄️

SATURDAY NIGHT FLASHBACK ✨🥹🥰

Just TWO weeks ago, I had the absolute honor of teaching a mat Pilates session at RiverWorks for a Roswell Park Cancer Institute fundraiser—and WOW, what an incredible event for such an important cause 💜 Being able to move, connect, and give back to our community in this way means everything.

And honestly… if we’ve been a little quiet on social lately, it’s because SO MUCH is happening behind the scenes. Like… SO MUCH. I’m beyond excited 🥰 There are so many exciting things coming and it just keeps getting better.

If you haven’t been into the studio recently…you are in for a surprise 👀 and we are NOT done yet.
