One of the biggest compliments is when a client recommends us to a family or friend, so imagine how thrilled we were to get to create for the brother and (as of yesterday!) sister in law of a couple we got to work with five years ago. It’s literally like a family reunion when this happens and we love it! 💕 . . . This beautiful wedding was made all the better by the kindness and hospitality of a family who thinks of every detail to make the day magical for the guests. From a gorgeous ceremony set up to an amazing reception with so many amazing, thoughtful experiences…C & M’s most special day was truly epic! 🍂 . . . We used an elegant Fall palette with shades of brown, tan, ivory and pops of soft blush and taupe. Perfect for the time of year and setting. 🍁 . . . C & M’s ceremony arch was perfect on the lawn, and even better framing them during dinner along with a truly iconic ice sculpture. Incredible! 🧊 . . . We are so thankful we got to work with such a wonderful family again and appreciate C & M making us a part of their most special day! 💍 . . . A flashback to golden hour in Wine Country 🍷 More than 100 event professionals gathered at @aubergedusoleil for our PartySlate NorCal launch in 2019, where sweeping vineyard views set the backdrop for a chic Napa evening. Planned by @coledrakeevents, the celebration brought together hanging vines, pampas grass, berry-toned florals, romantic draping, and live strings, all glowing against a California sunset. An evening that made a very strong case for taking the party to Napa. “I’ve worked at the Fairmont for over thirty years, and I’ve never seen anything so beautiful here as this wedding.” Madeline + Noah’s wedding was the celebration of a lifetime — for them, their guests, our incredible team of vendors, and even (I was so humbled to hear!) one of the Fairmont SF’s longest-tenured employees. For me, it was one of the most beautiful and meaningful experiences of my career. Madeline was an incredible Bride who walked her own path, knew what she loved, and trusted me implicitly to bring her vision to life. And her equally incredible Mother of the Bride supported that vision with enthusiasm and care, while treating every vendor with genuine respect, appreciation, and generosity. I’m so grateful to the hard-working humans who made this wedding a reality! I swear the Vignette team had the vision for this wedding dormant in their collective soul, just waiting for the right couple. The floral design was a feat of wonder — ethereal, immersive, magical. This wedding would not have been this wedding without them. The same is true for ACME Scenery, who said an immediate YES to my wild idea of building a custom aisle and stage that felt like the ruins of an Irish castle (REAL MOSS AND ALL). Monic, your drapery installations had our jaws on the floor. And Nirav, I have no words for these photos (literally, just tears of pure adoration and gratitude.). Forever the GOAT. Thank you Madeline + Noah for your vision, your trust, and for loving swans as much as I do. We truly made something spectacular together. ✨🦢✨ planning + design: @behitched photography: @niravpatelweddings videography: @kindlyweddings custom fabrication: @acmescenery drapery: @vanessas_decorations florist: @vignetteflorals venue: @fairmontsanfrancisco band: @cosmoalleycats rentals: @foundrentalco, @theonicollection, @bbjlatavola hair + makeup: @audralangley.hmua, @ravenreedmakeup lighting: @impact.lighting.av stationery: @rebel.reflect (and the bride!) ice sculptures: @iceillusions dance floor + swan pond: @rcddancefloors graphic design: @zachzirlin strings: @synchronicitystrings cake: @inticingcreations #sanfranciscowedding #fairmontsfwedding #fairmontsf
