It takes a brave groom who knows his bride very well to arrange a secret dinosaur invasion during the first dance!

Luckily @amt11 was an absolute star and happily danced with the Jurassic intruders!

What surprise would you arrange for your partner?

😍 A bride who admits she’s rarely out of lounge-wear and a groom who’d rather eat his own skin than be photographed...

...enter @gownsandgarters who helps Abbie choose this beautiful dress that suited her perfectly and made her look even more stunning...

...and enter a goofy little bald fella (me) who helped Callum take his mind off the camera to ensure the photographs feel natural and relaxed.

Filthy lies, torrential rain, dancing dinosaurs, a bride covered in chocolate and I nearly got kidnapped by grandma…

… Callum and Abbie certainly know how to put on a perfect wedding!!

…let me explain…

Filthy lies?? Callum insisted he doesn’t like being photographed and apparently didn’t particularly want a photographer at the wedding. Luckily he was persuaded by Abbie and her friend (who’s wedding I’ve also photographed). But as Bruce Forsyth used to say “didn’t he do well”! By the end of the day we were all hugs and giggles.

Torrential rain… surely that can’t be good?? Well you’ve not met Abbie! She insisted all morning that she was desperate for rain because she wanted a photo in it. She wished a bit too hard because we got a monsoon! We still braved it though.

Dancing dinosaurs?? This was a sneaky surprise Callum had concocted for the first dance. His plan was to get the 3 bridesmaids dressed up in dinosaur costumes and gatecrash the dance after a few seconds so he didn’t have to dance very long! Luckily he’s not very sneaky and Abbie overheard the plan and made sure it was done at the end of the dance so we got the best of both worlds.

Bride covered in chocolate? Let’s just say there was a little alcohol and a chocolate fountain and a very happy Abbie.

Me getting kidnapped?? As Abbie’s nan left she told Abbie that I was so cute that she wanted to take me home! I’ll see you at the next family wedding nan and I’ll buy you a G&T.

Love, hugs and congratulations guys - I had the best day! x

This is the moment Abbie’s dad got to see his daughter in her wedding dress for the first time.

A moment neither of them will ever forget and that they can relive every time they look at this sequence of photos.

I don’t even recognize the person I was a year ago. Back then, the thought of modeling felt impossible — like something meant for people braver, louder, prettier than me. And yet… here I am. Modeling. Growing. Signed with an agency.
This year taught me that sometimes the smallest steps end up becoming the ones that change your whole life. I pushed through insecurities I thought would always hold me back, and I found a version of myself I’m genuinely proud of.
I’m emotional, grateful, and honestly still in shock at how far I’ve come. Thank you to everyone who stood beside me while I learned to stand on my own. 🤍✨
