7 Years On The Pursuit.

As we celebrate our 7 year anniversary, I can't help but reflect on how grateful I am for every person who has walked through our doors, worked alongside us, and believed in what we're building. None of this happens without you.

To our staff: you carry this vision every single day. You show up early, stay late, and pour yourselves into every session. Pursuit is what it is because of you.

To our clients, the hundreds of you who have walked through these doors: thank you for trusting us. Your hard work and dedication doesn't go unnoticed. You all have built this place with us, one rep at a time. There are no words to show you how appreciative we truly are.

To my family: thank you for standing by me through all of it. The early mornings, the late nights, the belief when all this was just an idea, and everything else that comes along with this. Everything I do is for you and our beautiful family @torrrrae ❤️❤️💙

To our friends and everyone who has been in our corner from day one: your support, your encouragement, and every time you showed up for us meant more than you'll ever know.

Thank you all for being part of the Pursuit ❤️

Here's to the next 7 and the ones after that 🥂

No slowing down now. All gas.

Incredibly successful week. New all-inclusive training services have officially launched at @thepursuit.inc that create so much value for our Bergen County community.

We have been working around the clock to refine what a private training experience should be like. I think we have truly changed the game and leave no stone uncovered.

Incredibly proud of what our team continues to push towards.

On top of that, @caffebypursuit is really making it's mark in Bergen County. The growth and recognition is unreal. Truly grateful.

There are no ceilings on what we're building.

Forever On The Pursuit.

Everyone wants to talk about the product. I'd rather talk about the people building it.

You can copy a program. You can copy a facility. You can't copy a group of people who take it personally when the family doesn't win.

Almost 7 years in. Proud of the culture we're building.

Culture is never built by one person.

It’s built by people aligned on the same standard.
The same vision.
The same level of accountability.

A strong team changes everything.
It elevates the environment.
Sharpens the energy.
Raises the standard for everyone in the room.

When the right people come together with a shared purpose, culture stops being something you talk about.

It becomes something people feel the moment they walk in.

Truly grateful for the people who continue to believe in this vision and help bring it to life every day.
