Our Idaho FFA State Officers had the opportunity to visit North Idaho College to host their first BASIC, Greenhand and Discovery Conferences. This was a great way to connect with other CTSO officers! Students were able to develop leadership skills, work with other members, and create amazing experiences throughout the conferences! The officers can’t wait to host the other leadership conferences and see even more members!

Your ID TSA VP, Bridget, had a wonderful time up in Coeur d’Alene at NIC BASIC last Friday! It was great to meet our amazing North Idaho members and see the city with fellow officers. We can’t wait to see more of you at our upcoming BASIC conferences later this month!

The BASIC conferences are a great way to get students involved and interested in each CTSO; FFA, BPA, Skills USA, FCCLA, TSA, DECA and HOSA! Led by CTSO State Officers, these workshops will help develop your personal and leadership skills! Make sure to register for one of the conferences before registration closes! Registration will be paid to IDCTE.

There is truth to the idea that people come into our lives for a reason, bringing something we must learn.
As I say goodbye to the @bpaconnect family, I wish to thank each of you for coming into my life, and for trusting me to serve as your President.

To the team -- Angel, Allyssa, Alexa, Nira, Natasha, Tyler, and Timothy -- thank you for becoming some of my closest friends. I wouldn't be the same without you. Angel's reassurance, Allyssa's guidance, Alexa's heart, Nira's judgment, Natasha's laughter, Tyler's ambition, and Timothy's diligence made this team what it was.

To @riamohan2 , @lane.lamping , and @summerall.aaron -- thank you for being both peers and mentors. Watching each of you lead your respective CTSOs taught me so much, and I was incredibly fortunate to be able to lean on your guidance throughout this year.

To my day ones, @braelyn_may11, @dayali.xvii and @rome.hunt -- thank you for everything from our first officer term to the late-night Walmart runs.

To @idahobpa, thank you for setting the standard for what social media in BPA can be. And to @illinoisbpa , thank you for building a state association with incredibly committed student members.

To @arpan__grewal, @mileswarren007, @masonerbini , and @ethan_meredith08 -- I'm grateful our paths crossed at conferences over the years. Thank you for being incredible state officers, and for your friendship. A special thank you to @flicks_by_dev for stellar photos at NLC.

And finally, to every BPA member: I hope you stay with this organization. I hope it challenges you, gives you opportunities, and introduces you to lifelong friends.

Your state officers had an amazing time at the Joint Student Leadership Conference last week in McCall! We met so many other incredible state officers and can’t wait to be reunited with them and continue working together to better Idaho CTE. We’re already looking ahead to the next thing, which is the National TSA Conference in Washington, D.C. starting on Monday, June 22nd! Counting down the days to see some familiar faces and meet new people in D.C.!
