Mental Health Week

Being an athlete means pushing yourself.
But sometimes, strength means knowing when to slow down, ask for help, and take care of yourself.

SUU SAAC attended the Big Sky Conference Kickoff in Spokane, Washington! VP @kenn.mcg and Track Rep @j_tanner10 got to speak with incredible administrators, athletic directors, and fellow student-athletes about all things Big Sky, plus take a fun community service trip to the farm.
Thanks for the warm welcome to the conference @bigskysaac !

Mary is the definition of balance. This semester, she excelled as a student-athlete while managing every part of her life with grace. She closed out her senior soccer season with All-Conference recognition, sharing the field alongside her sister, Mady, whose bond with Mary shines throughout this video.

Off the field, Mary's support system played a huge role in her success. From her sister to her boyfriend, the people around her consistently lifted her up. As a Finance and Marketing major in the College of Business, Mary also continued to thrive in the classroom, proving that excellence extends far beyond the pitch.

This time capsule captures Mary's semester exactly as it was lived. Full, meaningful, and inspiring. ⚽🐯
